So it kind of stinks that this is a 4 drop (the most glutted CMC in all of cube), but a one sided optional windfall every turn on a semi evasive body is certainly intriguing.
4 mana is a lot for a creature that has to survive to your next upkeep to do anything and dies to basically everything. I'm not sure occasional windfall is worth it when the creature is so meh, especially when if you draw a land and want to windfall it away you have to wait an entire turn to do so.
Fuels graveyard, but provides no actual card advantage. An extra toughness would have gone a long way, but even then I probably wouldn't consider it just based on its competition.
