There's nothing really appealing about this. I'd rather run Scuttling Doom Engine, Triskelion, Steelkite Whateverlord, and probably a few others over this.
At first, I was very excited about this card. An Eldrazi that costs less than 7? Colorless big ramp? Cool!
It is obviously a lot worse than Primeval Titan, but that card was basically a mistake to print (so I don't expect anything like it in the near future) and the Eldrazi is colorless (though I have to admit that most big ramp decks in my cube are green).
I quickly cooled down on it though. The necessary power just isn't there. Plus, I also misread the ability as being etb at first. This needed Annihilator 1 (I wonder if any Eldrazi in BFZ will have that ability) or needed to exile 6 cards. Or cost only 5. We've got quite a few options for colorless 6-drops, but only very few good 5-drops.
I might still try it at 600 cards.
Lastly, why is this mythic!? This is unexciting enough to be a rare. If this is already a mythic, I wonder how boring the rare and uncommon Eldrazi will be.
I think the card has potential in constructed, assuming that it can be paired with multiple other cards that exile your opponent's stuff (that maybe care about non-land cards). Between your opponent delving stuff away and you exiling a bunch of their other cards, you can get the land count in exile high enough for this guy to be a monster of a card. Can you imagine if your opponent has exiled 10-12 other cards first and you can hit like 7 lands with this card? Probably explains its rarity. But in the cube, none of those things are going to be happening with any regularity, and it's a completely meh card.

It all depends on whether or not they print a playable Eldrazi theme. Affinity was a valid archetype to include in a Mirrodin-era cube. Certainly exile-mill stands to be better in draft than in constructed given the difference between 40 and 60 card decks.
I think this edges on playable in a large cube even without any support cards being printed. With the right support cards, this could find a home in the smallest cubes. Certainly the "any number of land cards" foreshadows support cards. I think we should withhold judgment until we see what gets printed.

For constructed, I agree. It might be playable in constructed if they give it enough of a theme to work around. In the cube? No. I don't think we'll see enough cubeable support cards added in to make exile-mill a reliable enough theme to make this card playable in a typical cube environment. They'd all have to be far better than this card is, because I don't want to run a whole bunch of mediocre cards just because they can make each other better. And there would have to be enough of them to make it so that my opponent will have multiple additional exiled cards before I cast Sower. I just can't see that realistically happening.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but Parallax Wave can only exile creatures. Ashiok, Karn, uh... Jace TMS ultimate? Yeah not really seeing any combo potential. Card is weak.

Right now with this card before me, I would not use it in my current artifact based cube. I am considerate towards allowing Eldrazi a home inside of my Cube as a theme, if they prove this cycle to be competitive and interesting in limited. However, with that said, I need to come to the simply conclusion that this is not perhaps the best place to look at the Eldrazi until most or if not all of the set is released. The current Rise of Eldrazi cards we have, I do not see anything out of a few to include into my cube. Thus, supporting an entire Eldrazi theme is worthless. Into the future, I can and will consider these BFZ Eldrazi cards and if there's something that can work with it to make it interesting. I'll consider adding it. Right out of the box, right now, no.

Life is a beautiful engineer, yet a brutal scientist.
A playable mill cards in cube is like jace memory adept. That card is actually a GREAT control finisher, once you stabilize the board. Now, this card isn't one.

It will hit 2 or more 58% of the time. That's not rarely.

To clarify, it will be rare to hit lands I can use, and even rarer to hit 2.
But addressing your point, failing to find a second land 43% of the time isn't a ringing endorsement for consistency either.

Uril, the Miststalker RGW -- Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre C -- Vhati il-Dal BG -- Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer RW -- Animar, Soul of Elements URG
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker R -- Maga, Traitor to Mortals B -- Ghave, Guru of Spores BGW -- Sliver Hivelord WUBRG
In better news, there's a sexy, new art foil of Avenger of Zendikar in these decks. That's cool!

Thanks!
