My cuts would be Chasm Skulker (if that can't be cut, then I think Deep Analysis, Treasure Cruise, and Whirler Rogue are all expendable) and Serra Avenger.
Alright cool, thanks for the answers. I'm still curious as to what the next best cycle of lands is though.
I don't think there is a next best complete cycle of lands. Once you complete the trifecta plus the man lands, the next land can (and should) vary from guild to guild.
I assume you're already playing Duress? Without Thoughtseize/Inquisition, and with no 'Walkers, Harsh Scrutiny is probably fine. Blackmail is okay, and Raven's Crime can be good if you play Loam/Crucible effects.
There's also Funeral Charm, which is a pretty flexible effect. Being an instant allows you to use it when the opponent is hellbent to destroy their hand in their draw step. It also happens to kill a bunch of cube creatures, and can also randomly get extra damage in on occasion.
You might also try Appetite for Brains, although your cube's overall CMC curve is quite similar to that of a traditional cube environment, so it might not be much better for you than it is for most of the rest of us.
The comparison isn't 100% perfect, but my Peasant cube is also higher on the creature count like yours, has no planeswalkers, so my experience there might be relevant. In my Peasant cube, I run Raven's Crime and Blackmail over Duress and Ostracize. Duress and Ostracize whiffed just a bit too often, and I'm not convinced that Harsh Scrutiny's scry bonus makes up for its drastically narrower range of targets. Neither is quite as good as Thoughtseize on the first turn, but both work as discard outlets and disruption. I think Blackmail is the better of those two, it always nabs a card as long as your opponent has one. Raven's Crime will never get your opponent's best card but for more aggressive decks being able to turn excess lands into discard spells can be fantastic. So for you, I'd say:
I want to replace Ostrasize, since with Harsh Scrutiny we've gotten a strict upgrade. But I also though about Blackmail and Raven's Crime. How would you rank those discard spells? Are there any good one's I'm missing? I don't run PW so Despise is no option and the obvious Thoughtseize and Inquisition are above my budget restrictions yet, sadly.
Why is Inquisition above your budget. Its less than a dime?
I'd prob run Sarkhan as a creature before I run Stormbreath, you just really don't need that many 5s in red and Sarkhan is generally a better version of Stormbreath.

I do run Sarkhan, just never considered the possibility of counting him as a creature. Kiki combos are also supported. Goblin Dark-Dwellers is on my watch list.
EDIT: The main reason for this post is that I haven't updated my cube in about 4 sets and I was just thinking about whether or not to try out Stormbreath instead of something else.
For all intents and purposes, he plays like a creature that can't block but can't remove creatures sometimes and dodges some number of removal that would kill most other creatures. It's like counting Strip Mine as a spell if you know you're going to use it as Stone Rain 99% of the time.
Would you change your ranking if the cube contained a token theme and a bunch of cards that like to sacrifice stuff?
Probably swap the Gorge and the Necropolis, the rest stays the same.
The costs are just too steep for most decks that would want to run these. Remember to add +1 for tapping the land itself; three mana for a 0/1 token, 4 for one player-only damage, six for a shock.
I think wildice hit that ranking just right. Though, I think all of these lands are pretty subpar. Hanweir Battlements still kind of has the new smell and might be worth just because of the meld bonus. I don't think I'd be able to find a cut for it, though, until the cube was very large and at that point the meld bonus starts to lose value as it gets harder to see both cards in the same draft.
Kher Keep is the only one I'd consider playing, and there are several other things I'd play before it. Battlements is awful without the other half, and the other two are way too expensive for the desired outcome.
Crusader, but not by much. I like having the double striker + the random protections, but Responder does cool stuff too. Unless your cubetutor list is out of date I'd prob cut Sublime Archangel first and lower the overall curve.
I'm going to say Aerial Responder since it has evasion where Crusader often gets gummed up on the ground. Both of them make great targets to voltron up with equipment, but I like the fact that any boost to Responder makes him into a flying Batterskull.
I'd go with the Crusader. Without doing the math, I would think that double-protection gets by a lot more than flying, and has the added bonus of protecting from random Doom Blades and whatnot.
Each one of those spells gains and loses value based on the supporting archetypes in the cube, but in general, Research > Search > Intuition. Research is the most generically playable of the bunch because it has the highest floor, but it's also the one with the lowest ceiling. Search is great in Storm and Reanimator. Intuition is great with Rites & Loam. So it really kinda depends on what you're trying to add in support for.
Cheers,

Blanket answer: Pain Lands.
If you go guild by guild, many people would recommend the fast lands for aggressive non-blue colors, and probably(?) pain lands for blue guilds.
Absolutely cannot go wrong with pain lands though.

FWIW, though, the CT Average Peasant cubes run Duress all the way to 360, so my dislike for it is probably a bit of an outlier.

oh, I see you mean Inquisition of Kozilek

- I'm currently running Kiki-Jiki, Siege-Gang Commander, Thundermaw Hellkite and Zealous Conscripts.
- Thinking about adding Stormbreath Dragon, wondering where it fits in the pantheon of red 5s.
- Also, if there's any other obvious ones I missed, let me know.

But as Salmo mentioned, the presence of Sarkhan at 5 means you only really need 2-3 5's in red, so...
