Ajani wins this for me based on the technicality of the fact that I'm not the biggest fan of Nahiri. As much as I like her Sneak Attack ultimate, it's slow and white is the most off color of that effect in my cube.
I like Nahiri more. You can ultimate her surprisingly fast and she can somewhat defend herself with her -2.
Ajani feels too low impact to me and has low starting loyalty + low uptick.
I believe WoTC's new policy is to make sure that every color can enjoy the exciting gameplay mechanic of making undercosted dudes and then turning them sideways. Clearly the future of magic.

Would you run Lurrus with or without the errata (as printed originally)?
My house rule is that there are no house rules, so I'd go with the errata since deviating from the game's official rulings can get messy. If started to pick and choose which rules I want to follow and which ones I don't, I'd still be putting damage on the stack and re-directing damage from Fiery Confluence / Earthquake to planeswalkers.
Ajani is strong in almost any situation/ in any shell - +1 can lock down fatties, -3 is strong removal. He's seen success in aggressive/ control/ midrange shells while Nahiri is almost a purely control option.

I'm actively maintaining a comprehensive article to help explain to new cube players how some complex vintage level cards work in a cube environment. Vintage Cube Cards Explained
- Def Qasali over Voice. The exalted has been incredibly important for pushing damage (both the turn it comes in/ later in the game). He's almost always guaranteed a 2 for 1 against creature light decks as if the opponent tries to remove it, he can blow up an artifact/ enchantment in response. He's only been pushed out a bit by the green/ white variants, but I've found the 1 toughtness out of Cathar Commando problematic.
- I found it to be a fairly good card, but there are just too many matchups where its essentially a 2 mana 2/2 that does very little.
- My experience with Phoenix of Ash and Squee, Dubious Monarch is their strength comes from being able to recast a 3 drop for 4 CMC and forcing the opponent to devote resources + mana to deal with them. (This includes the other black recursion creatures)
My experience with Tenacious Underdog on the other hand was the blitz was often a 4 mana, draw 1, lose 2 life which occasionally dealt three damage as the opponent likely has as a blocker.
- Nullpriest of Oblivion has been a fairly strong card in GBx midrange decks - Great 2 drop body to put early pressure on combo/ control decks, the life game has been relevant in quite a few matchups and the kicker has been fairly decent in the late game.

If artifacts and enchantment density in your cube is too low, by all means increase it. But do it by putting in the mono color options so more decks can run it. Multicolor removal have to be really efficient at their job imo.

Repeal + Riftwing.
Cruise/ Dig are banned in every format for a reason. They are incredibly strong.
