I prefer Disenchant. Control decks favor the instant speed and Snapcaster Mage / JVP interaction more than aggro / midrange favor the pay up front / Sun Titan case.
Disenchant for sure. Instant speed to stop play->equip->attack lines and the ability to unlock O-ringed et al creatures for ambushes is way more important than the very occasional game you assemble the titan combo and they have multiple artifacts you want to kill.
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage = Jace, Architect of Thought > Teferi, master of time, IMO
But maybe my playgroup overestimates the Tamiyo here. Furthermore, Teferi was bad here, but it can be better if you want to increase your discard abilities.
Still trying to decide on the cut for some of the pathway lands. I'm confident in my decisions for Orzhov and Boros (the fastlands) because I'm happy with makeup of the rest of the land base for the two guilds, but am still waffling on the other 4.
Reasonable! To be fair, the only actual unmentioned cards here are Underground River and Shivan Reef, since the question was to try to find the correct cuts for the Pathway lands. I was off painlands for a while because I didn't really value the untapped land as much as I probably should have, so ended up filling guild slots up with the other cards above. Looks like I have an Underground River and a Shivan Reef to pick up in addition to all my ZNR pickups and straggling pickups from other recent sets.
EDIT: I also forgot I run Temple of Deceit. I think I like Fetid Pools more than Temple?
Also, since you've mentioned it, which guilds do you not like pathway/pain lands more in?
I'm assuming I should plan on the following overall:
Adarkar Wastes and upcoming WU Pathway for two of Irrigated Farmland/Prairie Stream/Temple of Enlightenment (probably the last two)
upcoming BR Pathway for Smoldering Marsh
Llanowar Wastes and upcoming BG Pathway for Blooming Marsh and Temple of Malady
Yavimaya Coast and upcoming GU Pathway for Botanical Sanctum and Temple of Mystery
Additionally, for Orzhov, I run Fetid Heath instead of the painland because that guild has a higher quantity of early color requirements than I feel others do.

Don't cut Temple of Deceit - Temples, especially in slower/ combo colors are absolutely insane.

I like Temple less than Pools and more than Hollow.

None. I like the Pains and Pathways more than any of the other lands you've mentioned so far. I think they're both leagues better than Temples, personally.
Agree that if it was between temples and these new lands I'd run the new lands. CIPT is SUCH a cost in cube that the land needs to have a REAL big impact to justify it (see manlands), and scry 1 without being fetchable ain't enough. I still think I like the fastlands and checklands better, though. Once you get into the various other conditional CIP untapped lands (like the 2 basics lands), I have way less experience so don't know where those would stack up.
I also still think all the painlands are better.
Here's how I'd cut your list.
For UB, cut Sunken Hollow.
For RG, cut Cinder Glade AND Sheltered Thicket, add Karplusan Forest and the new land.
For GW, cut Canopy Vista and add in Brushland, don't add in the new land. If you must add in the new land, I like Brushland and the new land, cutting Thicket and Vista.
For UR, cut Temple of Epiphany.
1 - Duskwatch Recruiter > Sylvan Advocate > Mayor of Avabruck, unless you have a human subtheme in which case mayor jumps ahead of advocate. I ran advocate for awhile and was wholly unimpressed, and Mayor just flips so rarely in cube that you almost have to treat it as an anthem.
2 - Declaration in Stone >>>>>>>>> Kabira Takedown. I don't think this is close. There's a lot of decks where takedown will never do more than 2 or 3 damage, which isn't enough.
Edit - If you're drowning in white removal and want to test the takedown to get the land flexibility, I suppose dec is a 2nd tier white removal spell, but I think I'd only cut it if you were also running winds (which I actually like better than dec anyway), otherwise I'd cut an O-ring variant so you have more varied removal.
1 - Mayor > Recruiter > Advocate. Mayor moves down the list without a humans deck to make it really pop though.
2 - Takedown might be better. I'm not huge on Dec in Stone anymore, and there's a chance the MDFC could be a solid replacement for it if you're unhappy with Dec. Takedown's a very different card all around though, designed to be used in go-wide decks and token shells more than Dec which is more flexible as to which decks can play it. But being a land when you need one is a pretty big upside. I think they're close.
1) I sort of agree with wtwlf on 1. I think that without a dedicated Humans deck, Duskwatch Recruiter may perform better than Mayor, but Mayor will perform way better with a Humans deck. I also like that Mayor will do more on its own on the backside while also not having an awkward tension between cost reduction and risking flipping. I don't currently run either, though. Mayor got cut as part of my ZNR update, but that may end up being the wrong cut.
2) I'm actually really high on the spell/land MDFCs after playing a bit of ZNR draft. The flexibility is much more powerful than I'd realized. I'm not sure how this translates to cube, but I like Takedown more, especially if you support a tokens shell. The ability to dome a planeswalker with it also isn't something to sneeze at.
EDIT: That being said, I'm specifically not sure how much of my experience is tied up in the ability to have a high density of MDFCs in a draft deck as opposed to just one or two. Being able to play 20 mana sources but having 8 of them be MDFCs is an experience that won't translate.
Without a humans theme, I actually prefer Sylvan Advocate over both Mayor of Avabruck / Duskwatch Recruiter. Recruiter was a bit of a disappointment for me, it ended up being a low priority in creature heavy decks because the other creatures / other creature payoffs (Survival / Natural Order / Jitte / Clamp / etc) were much more important. Sylvan Advocate is good on its own and becomes stronger with the more manlands / effects that turns creatures into lands (Nissas) that you play.

I think it's still Disenchant, but I really like Seal. If you play Sun Titan, Enlightened Tutor AND Sevinne's Reclamation, the two become very close to a toss-up.

For UB, cut Fetid Pools or Sunken Hollow?
For RG, cut Cinder Glade, Copperline Gorge, or Sheltered Thicket? Also which would you have as the second cut for Karplusan Forest?
For GW, cut Canopy Vista or Razorverge Thicket? Or cut both and also add in Brushland?
For UR, cut Spirebluff Canal or Temple of Epiphany?
Thanks in advance!

(Pathway) > (Painland) > Pools >>> Hollow
Karplusan > (Pathway) > Gorge > Thicket >>> Glade
Brushland ≥ (Pathway) > Thicket >>> Vista
(Painland) = (Pathway) > Canal >> Temple
Long story short, I like the Pathway Lands and the Pain Lands more than the other options in pretty much every guild.
