I was mulling over this question just yesterday. I'm currently steering towards Manglehorn because I like that green can get good etb value on its creatures, but I'm not fully satisfied because I'm also on the hunt for impressive bodies at lower cmc. I think the availability of alternative removal does allow for the potential of branching into a different style of creature altogether, but we like our manic vandals. My plan is to stick to manglehorn until the next chunky 3 drop with some broken ability comes along.
Yeah, that's kinda where I'm at. Manglehorn is unexciting, but...fine.
I recently cut Yavimaya Elder, and don't have plans to bring it back. It's a fine card, but I think its time in my cube has passed. I actually haven't considered Jadelight Ranger here - might be worth mulling over.
Maybe this will be a moot point when Zendikar Rising spoilers start, though!
It's been a long while since I've run one of these kinds of guys, but maybe Solemn Recruit now? There's a ton of ways to get +1/+1 counters onto it, and it seems like it could start hitting like a truck pretty fast. It might even be a 3/3 double striker the first time you attack with it a decent percentage of the time...
I mean, technically sure? I'm not sure the priority is specifically a Naturalize effect over just a 3-drop that is currently a Naturalizing one, but Wilt is definitely a contender otherwise.
Similar to wtwlf, I also haven't run either of those in a while, but I have run Mirran Crusadermore recently. I don't know what your list looks like (the link in your sig doesn't work), but at this point, I'd probably err on the side of Silverblade Paladin for the ability to have pseudo-haste on the effect if it's topdecked later with something else on the board?
I haven't tested out Solemn Recruit at all, but I'm not sure what it's draw here is over these. It theoretically becomes "must answer" at some point in a way that the other 2 don't, but it can also just get bricked in ways the others may not be (protection or the ability to pair with an evasion creature).

Sorry, I just updated the cube tutor link, now it’s working.
Mirran Crusader by quite a bit. Crusader doesn't require another creature to beat for four, has partial evasion and is harder to remove. Granting another creature double strike is nice, but is also risky as the Paladin can be easily removed mid-combat. Crusader is the card you want to buff and equip.

Another suggestion for a white 3 drop? i really don't like crusader
The other 2 cards in my Dimir section are Creeping Tar Pit and Baleful Strix. I do support the artifact deck which makes Tezz seem a better choice but the deck can function without Tezz and he's often the only black card where as TSG isn't so archetype specific?

Unless you're a powered cube and really want to push artifacts matters, I wouldn't bother with Tezzeret. Even then, it really just depends what you want, an archetype payoff for artifacts or a more versatile generic good stuff creature. Can't really go wrong with The Scarab God.

I like Tezz more if the artifact.dec is a thing, otherwise TSG.

2 - Tajuru Paragon vs Sylvan Advocate vs Den Protector ? What order ?
3 - Brain Maggot vs Acquisitions Expert ?
4 - Grove of the Burnwillows vs Karplusan Forest ?
Sylvan Advocate > Den Protector > Tajuru Paragon. Den Protector goes up in value in a powered cube though.
Brain Maggot > Acquisitions Expert
Karplusan Forest > Grove of the Burnwillows

The Scarab God is a beast, and I highly recommend running it, especially if you find that your artifact decks usually don't run much black.

Gideon of the Trials is almost a creature. Eldrazi Displacer is quite fun and good enough to be competitive if players draft around it. Ranger-Captain of Eos is white card advantage and is solid value.
Thirst > Push > Eat
Advocate > Protector
Karplusan > Grove
The Scarab God is very strong
