Honestly I have no idea about any of those green cards. None of them interest me much. I think I like Rishkar the most, as long as I was supporting some sort of +1/+1 counters theme. But I would pass on all 4 of them and play something else instead.
Yeah, the green cards are a hard comparison. The red creatures are all part of RDW, so you can apply the same benchmarks. First Iroan Games and Rishkar probably want to have good Counters support, maybe where Hardened Scales is a legit archetype. And even then, it might be hard to compare outside their archetypes; Beast might work well with really strong tokens support or Humans tribal? And, is he as good there as Iroan Games is in Scales? That's ... like impossible for me to answer.
The problem is that the only commonality I can see between these is that they're midrange cards, and their power probably can fluctuate wildly on context. If you have a list of cube archetypes you support, maybe some of us can provide an assessment. Otherwise, like wtwlf says, I would probably be looking elsewhere (unless I were operating on limited budget/card availability).
@Blue_Oneironaut I'm not running specific archetypes for those 3cc green cards in my cube. I run First Iroan Games that is a good but not spectacular in mindrange decks so I'm thinking of replacing its.
1) Stone Idol if you support both reanimator and Welder strategies. Otherwise, Colossus for other fatty cheating strategies.
2) City of Brass if you play any 2+ color aggro decks. Otherwise Barrens or Mutavault.
3) Elf, Goose, Village and Manglehorn. I'd play Druid over one of those if you also have Vizier for persist decks.
4) Dreadbore, unless you play the cubeworthy Unearth effects, or want to use Kroxa in some combos.
5) Charm >> F&I. I think Charm is a criminally underrated cube card.

Btw Unearth doesn't work they way you want it to with Kroxa (you have to sac her)

Ah, I see. From the looks of your list, you have a hearty number of 3s, so I feel like you might actually be better served by filling a different cmc slot altogether. Or maybe going for a unique effect. I didn't see Life from the Loam on your list, have you considered giving that a go? Maybe you could make that swap instead.
Thanks @Blue_Oneironaut!! I will talk aboult Life from the Loam with may playgroup, already runned it years ago but in that time there wasn't MH1 lands or cycle lands.
I've been asking myself this question also. I think Uro is the better card, but carries more baggage in the fact that your deck needs to reliably fuel the graveyard and have UUGG (which discourages splashing). Currently Uro is on the outside looking into my Simic section (Oko / Nissa / Edric / Krasis). While Uro is arguably better than Nissa / Krasis, I like their versatility more and they're nice ramp payoffs, which leans more in what Simic wants to do, while Uro really doesn't.

Cut 1 or none for fabled passage.
I am hedging towards blast zone or the factory

I would cut either Blast Zone or Maze of Ith.
Mishra's Factory is much better than those two - I would not be close to cutting that.
Here's Mine:
1) Ancient Stone Idol vs Blightsteel Colossus
2) Mutavault vs. Ash Barrens vs. City of Brass vs Mishra's Workshop
(I can only play one)
3) Gilded Goose vs Arbor Elf vs Devoted Druid vs Sylvan Caryatid vs. Nissa, Vastwood Seer vs. Treetop Village vs. Manglehorn
(I can play four)
4) Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger vs. Dreadbore
5) Fire // Ice vs. Izzet Charm

Repeal if you support storm, Dismissal if you support tempo & polymorph, otherwise Into the Roil, which is the overall safest inclusion.
Both Uro and Krasis, and cut something else.
