Top 3 green 5-cmc creatures for me are Hermit 2.0 > OG Hermit > Thragtusk. Tusk is a strong stabilizer / value engine that's great tech against aggro / sweepers, and goes great with / against Upheaval.
Urza > Sower > Mulldrifter > Typhoon would be my gut ranking, but most of these are going to have value that's going to vary a lot from group to group based on personal preferences. Like Typhoon might have the highest floor, and Urza might have the highest ceiling. Sower has the most immediate impact, and Mulldrifter might have the most long-term impact (especially with synergy/support). So it's really going to vary a lot with these particular cards, I think.
Urza > Sower > Mulldrifter = Typhoon is what I think at this point, but I might be overvaluing the Typhoon, but hey, maybe it will be better than the drifter.
Not sure how you manage your cubes, and how experienced you are with it, so if you have it tailored pretty close to how you want it, and don't really care for feedback then just skip the rest, but in my expiernece your cube has some holes that need to be patched up a little.
After looking your cube over, it feels like it is trying to do way to many things which a lot of new cube entheusiets tend to do.
There are cards to support aggro, but not enough for decks to come together well. If you are not going to run 6 red 1 drops with 2 power, you might as well cut aggro out (I reccomend running the 6 cards for diversity / balance).
for a small 360 cube you are supporting a lot of different combo decks. Storm, Reanimator, Twin, Wildfire, Channel you have a lot of cards that support storm (but don't really go into non storm decks) I think i counted 10 cards at least that basically only function in the storm deck, or are mediocre last picks for other decks. That is a high percentage of your cube for just 1 deck.... But if you really like storm i can let it slide - but i suggest making your white midrange decks more combo oriented... because who wants to try and flicker a Kitchen finks and attack for 3 / turn when your opponent is going to storm off before you ever get close to winning :).
In addition, you are really deep on the multicolor section with 4 creature / spells guild + 4 land cycles, + signet's in most of the guilds.
Easy cuts I would suggest to run the blue cards you suggest... cut 1 card from each guild, + the land cycle that isn't Dual / Shock / Fetch.
Use the 2 slots to boost aggro in RWB

Urza is the best by far with a lot of artifacts, but in an unpowered cube without many, he's muchworse.
Typhoon is better in a smaller sized counter spell heavy environment.
Sower and mulldrifter are better in bigger cubes, mull drifter with blink shenagins, sower if there's a lot of big dumb monsters or less removal.
If I had to average it out I'd say Urza >> Sower >= Shark Typhoon >= Mulldrifter.
Urza's upside is way bigger, but the other 3 are close.
I would cut Goblin Banneret or Village Messenger.
I like Fervent Champion quite a bit - especially with equipment, which isn't unrealistic to show up in your aggro-deck
Champion, Messenger and Banneret are all good cuts for Swiftspear. I think Frenzied goblin is about the same tier as those three 1-drops I'd consider cutting, so that comes down to personal preference.
With artifact support - and especially if you run Welder and mono-red Daretti - I prefer Thirst to the other two. Without Storm, I'm not sure about Gush. I like Impulse, but it got cut from my cube long ago and no one misses it.
Gush is a combo card (Fastbbond, storm), Thirst is an archetype card (Artifact.dec, reanimator, etc.) and Impulse is card selection (good everywhere, but never critical). Add the one that has a role you need to fill.
Pretty much every one of those cards is going to have its value based on the role you need it to fill. I think all the value is based on context, so it's really hard to rank them.
Out of curiosity, what makes you rank Skyfisher so low?
Returning a permanent to your hand is usually worse than blink effects like Charming Prince or Flickerwisp. Hence it's a card that's somewhat outclassed by other options.

For reference, unpowered, I do support artifacts (or try to - it's still a work in progress), and I don't support Storm.
Also open to another suggestion.

Crusader > Ranger-Captain > Executioner > Marshal, but these really depend on context
Warleader > Gisela
