The average cube that includes Tinker runs 25.96 artifacts with converted mana cost < 3 = 2.66 per player as enablers. Your cube only runs 16.
The average cube that includes Tinker runs 06.69 artifacts with converted mana cost > 4 = 0.68 per player as targets. Your cube only runs 05.
Even after the addition of the 4 blue signets, that would still be less enablers than 80% of the cubes are playing.
Ooh thanks for the numbers. That helps a lot.
What would be 2 good high end artifacts that I'm not running? Inkwell Leviathan is a good one right?

Rest in RIP My Signature, I guess. 2015-2016, we hardly knew ye.
Total side note but I like how people are discussing running this over itself.
Well, it has to be said that Kolaghan is clearly better than Kolaghan. Considering what BR decks usually want and how stiff the competition in this guild is, there is no way that I would run Kolaghan over Kolaghan! Kolaghan might make it in as the sixth guild card or so. Kolaghan on the other hand ranks several places below that.
It was so funny to me when they described this as a downgrade to the original Zurgo during the Pax East panel. I was thinking if this is a downgrade, they should really "downgrade" all legendary creatures. Haha.
My deck designing is quite concise at this point:
1. Come up with deck idea
2. Realize this idea is somehow fundamentally similar to another deck I have or that is commonly played in my group
3. Decide I don't want to disassemble one of my existing decks
4. Give up and do nothing
I don't see the point of this new shroud mechanic. It's strictly worse than Hexproof. Threshold is pretty bad too, Delirium is a much better mechanic and probably easier to activate.
Otherwise this card is a pretty neat guy. Dodges removal and grows into a Primal Huntbeast. 3/5
Ok cool. I'll have to add Sundering Titan to my want list then. Once I get Sundering and Wurmcoil I'll start trying to pick up enough cheaper stuff to make tinker worthwhile.

I personally like a couple of the really expensive Tinker targets. For one, you can try to wheel them back so you can take something else the deck needs (like a tutor or mana rock) and likely still get the target. For two, these creatures are also great for reanimator and Sneak Attack. I run all the cards on eidolon's list except Gilded Lotus, Duplicant, and Colossus.
I've never cubed with Blightsteel Colossus and I've recently cut Razormane Masticore, but otherwise, I have all the cards on eidolon's list in my cube. Inkwell Leviathan and Sphinx of the Steel Wind are pretty good if you run both Tinker and a reanimation suite. They can also be hard cast in strong control decks. Sometimes, acceleration-heavy artifact decks happen in my cube, which can cast them, too.

I run it as colorless because I have no other tricolored cards in my cube. It's a Tinker/reanimation/Sneak Attack target 95% of the time anyway, so the color isn't that important.
How many payoff targets for Tinker are needed in the cubes of today? I run a 360, and it seems like many cards that were targets a few years ago for Tinker have been cut and replaced with things Tinker can't get - Emrakul, the Promised End, Ugin the Spirit Dragon, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Walking Ballista, and Hangarback Walker. Meanwhile, the best payoff cards are drawing the attention of Sneak Attach, Show and Tell, Super Ramp, Eureka...

Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things.
In my 450 list, the creature targets you want are Wurmcoil, Blighsteel, Inkwell and Battleball. That isn't that many, but these cards (except for ol' Wurmy) tends to get picked up by the drafter that already has Tinker, so there is a good chance it will work out. I still think Tinker is a powerhouse as it is unconditional search in a valuable space, and our group occasionally get reminded what a cheated-into-play Mindslaver can do to a man. It isn't leaving my cube anytime soon, as it works very well in artifact.dec and is a one-card combo in a reasonable amount of decks.
Inkwell Leviathan
Bosh, Iron Golem
Wurmcoil Engine
Myr Battlesphere
Sundering Titan
Blightsteel Colossus
Sphinx of the Steel Wind
Occasionally I'll Tinker for Memory Jar / Triskelion. Here's a really fun list where my best Tinker target was Memory Jar but still managed to go undefeated:
Inkwell Leviathan
Sphinx of the Steel Wind
Myr Battlesphere
Sundering Titan
Blightsteel Colossus
I also run Metalworker + Staff of Domination, so its not uncommon to see someone tutor for the other half if one card is already in play. Memory Jar, Duplicant, Wurmcoil Engine, Steel hellkite, and Batterskull are some of the less juicy targets.
My thoughts on a 360 is that the super fattys need to be able to fit into at least 2 archetypes that would want them, so I don't run eldrazi, and the fattys I do run can fit in Tinker, Reanimator, Sneak + show, and super ramp.

Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo are great cards for ramp.
Uril, the Miststalker RGW -- Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre C -- Vhati il-Dal BG -- Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer RW -- Animar, Soul of Elements URG
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker R -- Maga, Traitor to Mortals B -- Ghave, Guru of Spores BGW -- Sliver Hivelord WUBRG
My only problem with Sphinx is that I don't really have a cut for it. I don't have any other tricolor cards in the cube.
