Just got to say, you've definitely earned distinction as an MTGS hero

Because he's the hero MTGS deserves, and the one it needs right now. So we'll global him. Because he can take it. Because he's not just our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. An expired rascal.

ER is a masterful god who cannot be beaten in any endeavour.
It's not exactly a creature, but it's very, very good. Either you burn them for two and trade with a blocker, which is good, or you hit them for five, which is insane. Lightning Mauler approves.
Specialities about the cube: U tempo, B aggro, R slow-ish are supported. G aggro is not.
Currently trying to support tokens in all colors but blue, in different ways: W pumps them, B sacrifices them, R suicides them, G has decent-sized ones.

Like other have said before, it's either a Lava Axe or a Shock and kill a blocker of the defender's choice. He also works excellently with haste and blink, which cubes might have a decent amount of. I think he'll stick around in my cube for a really long time to come.
BCS is that you have some kind of way to either give it haste or a way to recur it. '
Dropping it turn 3 with Reckless Charge and hitting for 7, then blinking it with Kor skyfisher/Flickerwisp/Restoration Angel is pretty brutal. It is an efficient 2 mana for 5 damage creature under 'normal' conditions, but it is the interactions it can have to really maximize its power that keep it around for me.
I'm curious to hear learn what the Hell's Thunder detractors think about this card. I find that the Lava Axe mode is by far the most common use of this card.

It doesn't combo well with blink or effects which grant haste, so it has less upside opportunity. And Marauders typically does 5 damage for 2 mana, while Thunder can't do more than 4 damage without costing 8 mana.

Yup, this is pretty much spot-on. Hell's Thunder is a good card, but Keldon Marauders is exceptional.
This is a slightly off-topic musing, but I think most everyone is already sold on our Mischievous Keldonite friends with a penchant for destruction.
I think it's interesting how some archetypes are good in cube, but relatively non-existent in constructed Magic, and some are relatively similar. I think red aggro, of the rdw or sligh varieties, is one archetype that's relatively similar. It's built on the principles of consistency, redundancy, and tempo. Because the constructed and cube versions want to do the same things, many of the cards that are good in the constructed version are good in the cube version too.
Just to play devil's advocate I rarely include blink/bounce effects in decks that want to play Keldon Marauders. Still an exceptional card for red aggro.
Red-white aggro is a popular archetype, at least in my cube. Marauders fits right in with all the blink. In "plain" old Red Deck Wins, he's great too. On top of all this, red has some trouble with decent two-drops, meaning Marauders is a good card in a field with little competition.
Famous for its use in Legacy Burn decks, I was always torn over whether Keldon Marauders would be a decent fit for cube.
It obviously lacks staying power, but has a high damage to cost ratio.
Thoughts?

This. I absolutely love the Marauders, and I'd play it everywhere. I consider it a top red 2-drop.

You really think he's better than Orcish Artillery?
=O)
Oh snap, we actually ran Alpha Orcish Artillery for several years!
I do think Kari Zev is better than Alpha Orcish Artillery though.
