Trivia
* Just Missed: Power Play (2.4), Sword of Body and Mind (1.9), Tangle Wire (1.7), Advantageous Proclamation (1.5), Wurmcoil Engine (1.4)
* The whole Top 8 is a repeat of last year's ranking. After them, comes the most significant rise on the ranking, Balance (from #13 to #9).
* The new cards on the ranking are the conspiracies Backup Plan at #13 and Double Stroke at #24.
* With the ranking growing from Top 20 to Top 30, no card actually leaves the list and we have many that weren't present on the 2014 ranking. Even then, it is clear some cards fell more than you could blame on the newcomers: Strip Mine goes seven positions down (from #19 to #26), and Mana Drain falls six (from #10 to #16).
* 59 different cards received votes.
A full list of results, with all cards that received votes, can be found on this google spreadsheet.

Thanks again for compiling all the results for us willdice!
Nothing too shocking here really, I mean, I'd change a few spots, but in general this is a good list of things to snap up P1P1 from any cube you might be drafting. Which was the purpose of the project.
I still think that anyone who put Backup Plan below #4 has not played with it enough.
Otherwise, the list seems pretty accurate. It's top 30 out of a typical cube list of 360 so the cards are all pretty interchangeable. Balance being above Mana Crypt is probably the only other one I find less than accurate, but it also comes down to personal preference a bit and we didn't have many voters on this segment.

It's competing with actual power. Like, Back Up plan is amazing, but as someone who has extensive experience with Back Up plan in a powered environment the powered cards seem better. Saying below #4 means it's better than some number of Black Lotus/Sol Ring/Library of Alexandria/Recall/Moxen/Time Walk, and I have a hard time getting behind that.
I personally put it at 10, and looking at my list I like where it is. The card is amazing, but I value having the busted starts more than having a good opener each time; the BCS of power and Jitte seem better to me.
Agreed with Salmo. We play Backup Plan in our Conspiracy Module, and I've seen it in action a lot, but I also couldn't find room for it higher than #10.
I'm shocked Unexpected Potential didn't get mentioned even in the just missed section. I like being able to splash any card in my deck far more than getting to go first or having 5 less cards in my deck.
A bit thank you to willdice for taking this effort on. You've really done a great job with it and I'm glad you stuck with it until the end. These projects are no small task, so thanks, man. We all appreciate it!
Thanks willdice for putting all this together! The data here is extremely useful and I have changed my card preferences a bit actually. One card I don't seem to value highly enough is Sulfuric Vortex.
