Posted more information about how voting on power works if you don't play with it in your cube, as well as information on how the tallying system works.
Flawless Victory! Ancestral Recall, Vampiric Tutor, Lightning Bolt, and Sol Ring all received perfect scores from voters that included them. Dissenting Opinion! Chained to the Rocks also received a perfect score, but was voted on by a plurality of voters. Sylvan Tutor received an average score of 7.00, but was only included by 37.5% of voters. Manic Depression! Bonesplitter had the greatest spread in rankings, from #2 to #9. Just Missed!Aether Vial (2.00), Careful Study (1.67), Rift Bolt (3.00), and Exploration (5.00) had enough votes to make it onto the list via plurality, but were beaten out by Trusty Machete, Vapor Snag, Gamble, and Nature's Claim respectively. Special thanks to our voters: willdice, LucidVision, Ennex, wtwlf123, Spike Rogue, calibretto, Dr. Tom, ColbyCube
Firestorm is a really awesome spell. It'll always be 1 card behind card parity, but you can deal an absurd total amount of damage for R. And it's a 1cc instant-speed discard outlet.
I'd really like to how the community would rank Cogwork Librarian, Lore Seeker, Deal Broker, or Aether Searcher among the conspiracies, since that will also give us some preliminary idea on pick order for conspiracy cards -- something we haven't polled the community on ever. The last time we took data was with the top 20 IIRC, which was while conspiracy was being released.
Here's my solution: We'll rank the constructs with their appropriate colorless section, but when we get around to ranking conspiracies, we'll throw all of these into the mix with all the other conspiracies and just rank the whole thing and then I'll compile and post everything.
These Conspiracy cards are really fun and add an interesting dynamic to drafting. Do I take a Conspiracy to boost a card in my deck, while missing out on a playable? Some of them are very strong indeed and are high picks. Just the ones I have run:
Worldknit: Amazing early pick, still decent late on. Completely changes the dynamic of drafting. If you are drafting with many players, this is totally fine. With just two, it makes the draft kind of weird. I don't run this for 1v1 drafts. Drafting Worldknit.cubedec is something everyone should enjoy once though. 5CC aggro gives you the best chance of being able to use everything.
Unexpected Potential: Worldknit for just one card. A safe pick at any point to give you access to an off-colour bomb, which has been Dack Fayden at least twice for some reason.
Power Play: great card for aggro. Not a very early pick, usually mid-pack somewhere.
Muzzio's Preperations: fine as a random buff to a key creature for protection or early beats, but was degenerate with Kitchen Finks so was cut.
Brago's Favor: This can work by reducing the cost of your key combo piece or outlet. Or by just shoring up a weak part of your deck's curve. A very fair card but well worth a mid-late pick.
Backup Plan: So strong, particularly for midrange ramp when you want that combination of mana elf, mana rock or Cultivate, and fatty. Taking the better of two hands is great for any deck though. Quite a high pick.
Double Stroke: I have first picked this. Doubling up the most convenient card in the deck is just amazing. I don't tend to pick the Ancestral Recalls and such, that's overkill... my targets have included Arc Trail (x2), Deep Analysis, and Diabolic Edict.
As for the robots:
Aether Searcher is one of my favourite artifact fatties, different every time it's played. The worst thing I've had on there is a Vindicate, which produces a sort of Tinkerable Angel of Despair, but other attachées have included Primeval Titan, Myr Battlesphere and Gideon Jura. Not only in Tinker, but this thing is a legit high end ramp target which is just as good as you make it. It would be a weak late pick but has never gone that late in a pack.
Lore Seeker is really not that strong since you open everyone to a new pack. However that is well worth your time if you are digging for certain effects or lack certain utility. A good card.
Deal Broker is like totes playable in reanimator, and some control builds. That makes it worth the inclusion, and agreeing a swap with someone at the end is a neat way to get another needed effect. We play it pretty loose with the trade, usually just offering a single card and then that going to the highest bidder. It's a really cool mini-game in itself.
Is this project even still a thing? Colby's not been around in weeks. It's the curse of the cube forum project. You post regularly for months, decide to start running a voting project, and then suddenly life happens and you're just not available for forum posting anymore.

Firestorm and Search For Tomorrow in particular have higher rankings than I thought they would have.
Also, Utopia Sprawl seems to be favored greatly compared to Wild Growth.

Sentinel Dispatch is really innocuous but having a free Memnite is great for control and even better for Tinker decks.
Power Play: great card for aggro. Not a very early pick, usually mid-pack somewhere.
