I sold out two or three years ago, but my friends and I got the itch to play some MTG, so I built a peasant cube. I have been bumping it up slowly in power, but keeping it more budget-friendly.
Would really appreciate some eyes on the list if you all have time.
I will have an update once some more cards arrive shortly. Hopefully tomorrow!
I'll try to give a more detailed description when I get on something besides my phone - if you check the decks section I have tried to draft a few viable archetypes in the cube for examples.

Unfortunately these threads don't get a ton of feedback, but try this thread:
Don't just post 'please help my list' as it goes against the spirit of the thread, but if you pulled a lot of 'Card 1 v Card 2 v etc...' from your list, you would probably get a decent amount of responses. Make sure to look through the thread to see how it works.
This is a cool concept for a list, and is making me consider doing something similar with my Peasant cube. The one card that stands out as a little out of line power-level wise is Frost Titan. Comparing it to most other creatures in the cube, Frost Titan is pretty clearly more powerful. Otherwise, I really like what you have here.
Thanks for taking the time to look! Frost Titan is definitely outside of the power level of everything else; the power is being raised constantly as I start dumping in a bit more money. I've had other 6 drops in blue and they're all pretty boring - with aggro being so powerful in the cube I think I'm okay with getting a 6 drop bomb for the time being? We shall see what happens tomorrow - drafting this sucker again, and somebody will undoubtedly play that bad boy. He's the one card that I debated on the most, glad to see you feel the same.
I would be careful with Sphinx of Jwar Isle, he might be stronger than Frost Titan for your list. Sphinx is harder to block and harder to kill than Frost Titan. Blue 6 dops come down to personal taste.
Disciple of Bolas isn't a card I recommend; you can get shafted if the remove the creature you planned to sac and it has a pretty terrible floor of being a 4 mana 2/1 on an empty board.
Agree about Sphinx, just had him in a pile in front of me. We drafted and nobody touched him. I just hate Angler Drake, so boring :\ Going to drop in Geralf's Mindcrusher
Upheaval might be interesting - the core group I play with is pretty new, so I don't see it getting picked too much. I'll pick one up and check see if anybody plays it (besides me). I didn't include this as I assumed the card is a bit high in power level for the cube.
Goblin Rabblemaster was overbearing, looking for something to fill that slot.
if you're talking about with rares and everything it's certainly possible I would probably start with one of your standard 360 unpowered cubes you see here put the Cards into tcgplayers Mass entry form and then start picking off cards that are way too expensive or try and bring the budget down to something reasonable otherwise like I told a lot of people go with an all comments Cube you can get the whole Cube for definitely under $100 and it feels just like limited or any other Cube really

Balancing the amount of 2-power 1-drops might be difficult without access to cheaper sweepers so you might need to play about with numbers until you like how it feels, and even them it will change game to game.
If you are really against going below 5 mana sweepers I would suggest not going above 5 mana. 6 mana can be tough to get to without ramp when a more aggressive deck is breathing down your neck, at 5 mana you can get wraths with upside.
I have no experience with Geralf's Mindcrusher but I generally prefer my finishers to have some kind of evasion, although he is fairly resilient and if you can blink/recur him afew time you could deck out your opponent if the game is going long, Mindcrusher will get worse however as your ammount of exile based removal does. I would personally suggest something evasive but to each their own.
Upheaval might be interesting - the core group I play with is pretty new, so I don't see it getting picked too much. I'll pick one up and check see if anybody plays it (besides me). I didn't include this as I assumed the card is a bit high in power level for the cube. Just how good Upheaval is really depends on how good your mana rocks are, you are running very few mana acceleration cards so it will be much harder to truly abuse since you can't tap for 8, drop a land and play out 2 signets.
You could try out Sin Prodder I have been enjoying him. 3 power menace is a good aggressive body and it comes with build in reach/card draw; basically a strictly better Boggart Brute, who is already on your list.

Looking for ideas and suggestions.

Also on the watchlist is Disciple of Bolas.
I would definitely say you need some sweepers; Day of Judgment, Crux of Fate, Languish, Blasphemous Act and Upheaval(half panic-button, half archetype core) and all budget friendly options.

White section is going to get one or two additional one-drops, waiting for an order of some cards to come in.
Thank you for taking the time to look through the thread and list.
I am trying to stay away from sweepers that are below 5 mana, ie: DoJ. I'll add Extinguish All Hope
Looking at Sublime Exhalation as well.
