Been working on this one for a while in my mind.
Not sure if the text would fit on a card, or how to simplify it word wise. The way the card functions is simple to understand I think (for a somewhat complex card).
Legendary Artifact
if ~ would ETB, for each color of mana used to cast ~ search the zone from which ~ is entering for a creature which shares that mana color and you may cast that creature without paying it's mana cost.
if ~ was not cast, you may use the colors of the spell or the permanent that triggered ~ to ETB instead
if there are no creatures in that zone, reveal all cards in your hand and that zone then search your library instead.
~ ETB with all abilities for each other creature that entered the battlefield under your control this turn
7/7
Basically its a cool fatty that can be used in any decks trying to play big creatures. Can be hard cast for 7-12 (realistically 11 max), Tinkered, Oath decks, Reanimated, Through the Breached, Natural Ordered, Tooth and Nailed, and can actually make eureka stronger since you can dump your hand first to ensure you don't have any creatures in your hand and then search the library for an additional creature. In Ramp you can get rewarded for having more of a splash. Tooth and Nail > have the other creature ETB first so this gains an extra set of abilities. > All of a sudden Goblin Guide becomes a pretty cool enabler of some stupid broken stuff.
overall I think this is one of my favorite designs I have come up with, But I think the text of the card needs some work to ensure its easy to understand and would actually fit if printed.

Sounds interesting, but it actually is very involved in what it wants to do, since all abilities require more than one check (zone and mana color). A simplified version that comes to mind is:
When ~ ETB, choose any number of cards on the Battlefield or in your Graveyard. For every different color among chosen cards, search your library for a creature of this color and put it into play.
That is not quite the same, but much easier to digest.
I want better Red 2/1s for one. I also want more interactivity with some of the more broken

So now that we have Bant and Jund Hierarchs, obviously we need Naya, Sultai, Abzan, and Temur versions. All green 1-drops will be Hierarchs, and I'm for it.
I started thinking what I really want for my cube is more 1-mana cantrips. Blue is kind of maxed out, so I can't fit anymore in, but I think I'd like 1-2 cantrips in each of the non-blue colors. Abundant Harvest is great, and one of my favorite cantrips in cube. I'd like White, Black, and Red to get a few options, as well. A few ideas:
White Opt W
Instant
Look at the top card of target player's library. You may exile that card. Draw a card.
This one's a bit much. It's basically Opt in White if you target yourself, but also it is able to hate top of deck tutors like Vampiric Tutor and Mystical Tutor. Still, I think it fits white's flavor in hating unfair strategies.
Black Preordain B
Sorcery
Surveil 2. Draw a card. You lose 2 life
Preordain in black with Surveil instead of Scry at the additional cost of 2 life. I think this one works, black has a precedent of being able to do what blue can do as long as it pays additional costs like paying life or sacrificing creatures and sometimes can even do it better than blue, which is why I think Scry might be able to be upgraded to Surveil.
Red cantrip R
Sorcery
As an additional cost, discard a card.
Look at the top 2 cards of your library, and exile 1 of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play cards exiled this way. Draw a card.
Happy new year everyone. I'm down for a few wishes for some cards in the following year.
I feel like black needs better planeswalkers, especially 5 drops, and I feel like Liliana, Dreadhorde General was a bit of a missed opportunity since its +1 was so underwhelming - also people didn't like her ult. With that in mind, here's my version of her.
Liliana, Chained by the Pact 3BB
Legendary Planeswalker - Liliana
Whenever a Zombie you control dies, draw a card.
+1: Each player discards a card. If at least one creature was discarded this way, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
-3: Each player sacrifices two creatures and/or planeswalkers.
-8: All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, then you create a X/X black Demon creature token with flying and haste, where X is the number of creatures in all graveyards.
{4}
There are some decent red PWs around, but somehow most - beyond Chandra ToD and Chandra AI - almost never find a concrete cube slot. Let's make some cube-worthy red planeswalkers!
Daretti, Engineer Extraordinaire 3RR
Whenever you sacrifice an artifact, put a loyalty counter on Daretti, Expert Engineer.
0: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. If it's an artifact creature, it gains haste until end of turn.
-X: Create X colorless Treasure artifact tokens.
-4: Return up to two target artifact cards with mana value less than or equal to 3 from your graveyard to the battlefield.
{5}
Koth, Desperate Pit Fighter RR
+1: Until end of turn, Koth becomes a 2/2 red Human Warrior with menace, indestructible, and haste.
-2: Destroy target artifact or land. Koth deals 2 damage to you.
-7: Koth deals 7 damage to each creature, each planeswalker, and each player.
{3}
White has really gotten some bangers over the recent years, but two things it could use more of are good 1 drops and card advantage.
Mardu Master-at-Arms W

Yeah, a new Planeswalker in Red and Black is also on my wants. I'm less interested in 5cmc, ideally the Planeswalkers would be 3cmc or 4cmc. It's less of a priority than Red and Black, but I also have room for a Planeswalker in Blue.
Let's continue the thought process for more red planeswalkers.
It's no secret that Sneak Attack is a great card, and that Through the Breach is the boring and fairer version of it. Well, seeing as TTB isn't close to being played in constructed anymore, but red cheat decks still really want to exist, let's try and power it up a bit!
Tibalt, Deranged Anarchist 2RR
Whenever you discard a card, put a loyalty counter on Tibalt.
0: Draw two cards, then discard a card at random.
-2: Tibalt deals 6 damage to a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls chosen at random.
-4: You may put a creature card at random from your hand into play. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the end of the turn.
{3}
Speaking of red cheat decks, Lukka is obviously interested, but so far his execution has been lacking for cube purposes.
Lukka Uncaged 3RR
Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to an opponent, create a red 2/2 Hound creature token.
+1: Target creature gains your choice of First Strike, Menace, or Trample until end of turn.
-2: You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card with power equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature's power. Put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
{4}
I'm kind of happy with where red is at with walkers - there's a lot of variety in walkers available to support a bunch of fun red archetypes at a few different power levels.
Koth is a solid enough top end for red aggro and sick in Wildfire and Big Red, Daretti for welder decks, Big Chandra for Big Red, CToD for Medium Red or Wildfire, Baby Chandra for aristocrats or Izzet spells, Lukka if you want polymorph. If you really want to support aristocrats or Fires, even Zariel is fine.
White walkers on the other hand are samey token making midrange value engines that either buff your dudes or kill theirs, or a Gideon that turns sideways. Or both.
Would love to see a decent white walker that does something else - taxes people or flickers creatures or is anything other than a safe generic "Yeah this'll fit in my Wx midrange deck" pick. I see a Daretti I'm like "Hell yeah Welder is in this cube!". I see an Elspeth or a Gideon and the reaction is more "Oh I guess White is in this cube." I'd love to see a white walker that has that same power as a signpost card or does something in a different design space.
White Superfriends Walker 3WW
Whenever an opponent draws a card, put a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control.
{0}: Until the end of your next turn, only one creature may attack and block each combat.
{-2}: Up to one target creature gains Vigilance end of turn. Up to one target creature doesn't untap during it's controllers next untap step.
{-7}: You get an emblem with "Noncreature, nonland permanents you control have Exalted."
{4}
That all said, would be cool to see a cheap red Walker that replaces the usual 1/1 Devil "When ~ dies deal 1 to any target" with a "Sacrifice ~, discard a card: Draw a card" token.
Red Madness Walker 1RR
Whenever you discard a creature card, you may exile it with a Dementia counter on it.
{+1}: Create a 1/1 black and red Nightmare Horror creature token with "Sacrifice ~, discard a card: Draw a card".
{0}: Discard up to two cards. If you do, draw that many cards.
{-5}: You may cast any number of creature cards with Dementia counters on them from exile without paying their mana costs. They become Nightmare Horrors and gain "Sacrifice this at end of turn"
{3}
Seems like it'd work in a few different shells.
While reworking my cube I'm really feeling the lack of good repeatable discard outlets in red at 1 or 2 cmc.

Abilities are meant to reflect the attack, steal, and Dyne abilities. Ash Zealot is a borderline cubeable card so I decided this would be an interesting baseline. The continued on curve growth is also a flavorful way to demonstrate leveling. I leaned a bit on Dack Fayden's abilities to help with the steal ability - Zidane has a lot of tradeoffs with Dack's ability. Zidane impacts the board earlier and can hit enchantments, but its targets are limited by loyalty/mana value and the theft is not permanent. I think the "until Zidane leaves the battlefield" clause also helps justify the effect in white. The last effect is an interpretation of Zidane's ultimate trance ability, grand lethal.

Getting double abilities of any of the other creatures that enters has some cool shenanigans. having this creature ETB with the text of Rankle, Master of Pranks, Woodfall Primus, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Torrential Gearhulk or Bosh, Iron Golem all seem pretty fun and are not even instant combos that people can cook up with the wide flexibility.
