I'm a big fan of oozes but have never really thought to make a ooze tribal deck... Until now. As someone else already mentioned, Arcane Adaptation is in Standard. So are Vanquisher's Banner, Mirror March (soon to be), and Quasiduplicate. I could see running Biogenic Ooze in a threat heavy Temur ramp deck. So far, I've come up with:
There are a lot of 3 mana enchantments in the deck, BUT, all of the ramp should help mitigate that. We run 4 Arcane Adaptation in the deck to help ensure every creature in the deck becomes an ooze and run Mirror March and Quasiduplicate to copy Biogenic Ooze and End-Raze Forerunner. Domri, Chaos Bringer helps tutor for creatures and acts as ramp. His ult is a slow build that can win the game if left unchecked. Rhythm of the Wild is an awesome enabler for Incubation Druid tapping for a lot of mana and ensures we can land our Forerunners and Oozes.
