After looking at Judith, the Scourge Diva for a while as well as fiddling with the idea of pairing her up with goblins I came up with a fun little combo. This is probably not standard playable, but an infinite 1 damage ping combo that ultimately wins the game for you can't ever be completely ruled out and at the very least will be fun to try out. The combo involves Judith, the Scourge Diva, Goblin Warchief, Skirk Prospector, Runaway Steam-Kin, and Squee, the Immortal. (and 4 red mana to start it off).
The first thing I will do is address the elephant in the room which is how many pieces it requires to pull off. But on the bright side all of the combo pieces have a CMC of 1-3 which means they can be gathered from the graveyard with Gruesome Menagerie pretty easily. And Squee, the Immortal can afford to still be in your graveyard or exile.
Now onto the combo: With Goblin Warchief on the battlefield it means that casting Squee is only going to cost rr instead of 1rr. And then every time we cast Squee we can sacrifice it with Skirk Prospector gaining a red mana which means essentially casting Squee only costs a net total of one red mana. Also each time Squee is cast Runaway Steam-Kin gets a +1/+1 counter on it until we are able to remove them for rrr. Because of this as long as we have 4 red mana to start it off we can infinitely cast Squee. And with Judith on the battlefield every time we sacrifice Squee then we get to ping the opponent in the face for 1 damage. So we can just infinitely win a single ping at a time.
Here is an image a of deck I have used as a template for this strategy. It includes all of the combo pieces as well as some other goblins to be aggressive and some aggressive forms of card draw in the form of Risk Factor and Rix Maadi Reveler to find the pieces as quick as possible or overwhelm the opponent with early game damage.
