Could we see a shift to more of a burn deck with the cards in M19?

Guttersnipe and Banefire both seem good, and Dismissive Pyromancer and Viashino Pyromancer are both 2-drops that increase the wizards in the deck for Wizard's Lightning. Dismissive Pyromancer provides card filtering too. Rainbow and red horse seem like possible sideboard cards, as does Banefire.
