SB:
4 Devout Lightcaster
4 Kor Firewalker
4 Staggershock
2 Journey to Nowhere
1 Banefire
Notes:
Fledgling Griffin and Knight of Cliffhaven battle it out for the slot of 'fourth 2 drop' - Knight is more mana intensive, but it's always the last 2 drop out of your hand anyway, so it usually is fine.
Deck punishes people relying on Wall of Omens for defense, is fast enough/has enough reach to race the aggro decks, and has enough removal to not die to Baneslayer.
Also considering a build with Blue (either in addition to or instead of the red), as that adds Celestial Colonnade, Welkin Tern, Wind Zendikon, Gravity Shift... quite a lot of flying power, plus the option to run Disperse/Negate/Essence Scatter (probably Disperse).
Gravity Shift, especially, looks brutal - it can just shut down an enemy aggro deck. Still, running Earthquake in a deck that can essentially ignore Earthquakes is solid - and it's nice making people go 'stupid Earthquake' when looking at their hand.
Should possibly run the 3rd and/or 4th Earthquake, possibly run Ajani Vengeant instead of/in addition to Goldmane... but the +1/+1 and Vigilance is pretty nice, and maindeck lifegain marginally improves matchups vs. red.
Baneslayer is possible, but 5 mana takes a while to get to, so I'd probably want/need to add more lands if we were squeezing her in. (In the Gravity Shift build I'd guess that you'd pretty much win the turn you play it).
