I loved the Chapin Dragonstorm mirror (at Worlds a few years back) where he had got hit with a Ignite Memories for like 6 with an Ignite of his own in hand and at low life. He then proceeds to reveal 5 lands and a nonland card taking 1 or 2 damage. He combos off and kills the opponent next turn.
Not sure if it qualifies as a comeback, but Chapin's "all my legal targets gain fear" moment is one of my favorites.
As far as a personal comeback goes, I was playing UW Control against Jund last night, stabilized at 1 life, and drew into four or five counter spells to save me from lethal Bolts and Blightnings. The game went on for about ten more turns and I eventually pulled it out.

At SCG Orlando, Gindy (Boss Naya) was playing Steht (Jund). Steht was at a single life, but Gindy had lost everything but a Stirring Wildwood, and was dead the next turn. Steht has a Master of the Wild Hunt on the board, and swung in with a pile of wolves and other creatures. Gindy animated his Stirring Wildwood to block, and Steht chose to use Master's ability to kill the manland.
Having boarded out his Lightning Bolts, and with only a single card in hand (a land) things were looking grim, but Steht's decision to kill the manland would prove costly.
Gindy said to Steht "now you've made Bloodbraid Elf an out"... and sure enough he rips one off the top of his library to take the game, and go on to win the tournament.
Playing MGA vs. Boss Naya. He dropped BBE into KotR on turn 3 and turn 4 with fetchs being use everyturn. I almost scooped untill he swung with a KotR and I killed it with a Wolf token and a kicked vines he didnt see coming.
my best comeback had to be a mirror match against another RDW deck. I had nothing on the board and no cards in hand. my opponent had me at 7 (he flashed me his elemental appeal he had in hand, we are cool with eachother). I had been topdecking for 2-3 turns and gotten lands. then i topdecked a Lightning bolt and got the win.
He is so man, he is mario, and I will tell my opponents such. As and when I bounce their permanent I will exclaim "MARIO" as though he were stomped on by our mighty Jace. Every time someone kill him I will give them 99 USD (not AUS!!!) because their lightning bolt should cost 100 DOLLARS...
Jace even made it into the Teenage Super Hero Mutant Ninja Hero Turtles.
Similar stories involve the days of Five-Color Cruel Control, where I may or may not have been known to go to very low life totals and then raw dog four consecutive copies of Cruel Ultimatum and just win. Most of my comebacks stem from Cruel Ultimatum. The card is just ridiculous.
One of the best was watching the semi-finals of a Boston PTQ (Lorwyn-legal Standard) where Melissa De Toro (I apologize to her if I am misspelling her name. It's been a while since I've seen her at a PTQ.) cast a Puppeteer Clique, taking a Cloudthresher, which persisted the Clique, which took back another Cloudthresher, which then attacked, totaling 18 points of damage in one turn against an opponent at 18 or 17 life. That was an amazing game to watch. And I'm pretty sure she stole that from a losing position off of a top deck, which is just even better.
The best comeback I have ever seen was eldrazi elves against junk, and Junk had a Baneslayer on the board, and Eldrazi had nothing on the board, nothing in hand and was at one life. He draws a visionary, plays it, draws an eldrazi, plays it, and says go. The other guy swings, he blocks and sacs it on his turn only to draw.... Howl of the night pack, with 8 forests. And proceeds to beat him down with 8 3/3 wolves.
both are in top deck mode.
jund player has no creatures in the battlefield.
boss naya has 9/9 KotR with a sledge and a BBE on the battlefield which spells doom for the jund player.
The greatest comeback I've ever seen was against me. Time Spiral sealed on release weekend. I get a timeshifted Akroma in play and start attacking my opponent. On what would have been the lethal swing my opponent morphs up a Fortune Thief. I look through my graveyard and realize that I've already used up all of my removal. My opponent eventually wins after he is able to remove my Akroma.
I was not very happy at all. It tore me up that my Akroma with protection from red could be stopped by a little 0/1 Red creature.
One time I was playing valakut ramp... do I have to say anything else?
No, i'm just kidding. 20-3, opponent is tapped out with 5 creatures. I had a geopede with adventuring gear, I needed to deal 20 damage. I pop an expanse I had on the field, explorer's map for a second expanse, pop it, I need two more lands... I cast my last card in hand, explore... and topdeck another expanse! 25/25 geopede seals the win.

Some facts of magic:
-Terror is an emotion which, when experienced, results in death.
-The pox was a disease notorious for having killed one-third, rounded up, of Europe’s population. Smallpox, on the other hand, killed only a single person.
-A person riding a horse cannot be stopped by foot soldiers, large animals, walls, archers, or even catapults.
time in the round. Opponents wants to beat me, so he plays a second baneslayer angel.
I had no cards in hand. I say: "Now I need to topdeck a maelstrom pulse".
And I did. I killed both angels, and tapped out for an all out attack with creatuers and lands (Jund deck).
He played martial coup, killing all my creatures and he has 6 tokens.
I topdeck a second Pulse!
Something like that happened to me. I was playing the old naya aggro during provincials last year. Im at 4 life my opponent is at >30 with a baneslayer on the field with an exalted trigger when attacking from a hierarch. I topdeck baneslayer and play it. I say go for his next turn i say "show me the pulse" before he draws, he topdecks said pulse and pulses my baneslayer also killing his own, he wanted to take it back but clearly you cant because of the level of the tournament. A few turns later i was able to squeeze out a win.
A few weeks ago I pulled out a game where I mulliganed down to 3. He was still at seven cards and I was going second.
The matchup was thopter combo versus hypergenesis. The hand I kept was entirely land. I needed to draw a counterspell to live and did. Matchups aside, I won a game when I started off down 4 cards. Good luck beating that.

This happened at least 3 weeks ago. Second round of FNM, Third Game. I was playing a really crappy Turbo Burn deck that used the Runeflare Trap combo to try and get the job done faster.
My greatest comeback ever was 3rd game of round 2 at the Richmond 5k
It was me playing cruel control against the same player/ same deck(Mythic bant) deck that won the baltimore open
If this was the finals of a 5k or a top 8 match it would be all over youtube but unfortunately it wasn't
Anyway its game 3 hes on the play he drops a baneslayer like turn 3 my next turn, no answers I think I played a capsule and saced it to retreive a terminate. Next time he declares attackers I attempt to terminate it he negates it. Im at 3 life he is at 27 life able to swing with a baneslayer and Stirring Wildwood(3/4 manland) next turn....He passes the turn and says good game...I don't draw and think about scooping for a second with 5 mana no answers to bsa and a bloodwitch and calcite snapper in my hand. After the game I realized I could of played the bloodwitch to gain a life and be out of wildwood kill range....but I top deck a terminate...lay my snapper to block the manland and terminate the bsa while hes tapped out with no threats on the board...next turn bloodwitch, following turn cruel ultimatum, followed by another one and came back to win it like 11-0....
Unfortunately round 1 and 2 were my worst matchups....and I won them both and then punt 4 rounds straight then dropped.
That is the stupidest thing I've ever read on this forum.
I know right??
The best come back I've ever done was when I was playing Esper Aggro and my opponent was playing Mill.
He mills me until I have only 5 cards left in my library... he has no creatures on field, but I only have two Master of Etherium on the board. There is 2 Font of Mythos on the field, and I draw land, land, land, land... one more card...
I flip it over and gasp - Open the Vaults!! I draw it, then play it getting some 30 creatures back from the grave making my Masters massive and swing in for the game. I only had one OtV in the deck - and I had forgotten all about it

I have to agree. ThIs may have to go in as my new sig as well, juse because it made me laugh so much. Is it really a comeback to win against the guy who equips his Vampire Nighthawk with a Basilisk Collar or is it just natural selection...?
Because conservative bias is a far, far worse thing. Liberal bias doesn't, statistically speaking, make people stupid. Conservative bias (or at least Fox's version of it) does.

In a draft recently i had an 8/8 kazuul warlord, my opp had a vastwood anamist.
I kept attacking with my warlord, while my opp blocked with his lands, until 7 lands where in his graveyard.
I didn't draw much, apart from lands, and a couple of other things i can't remember.
I then drew a Roiling Terrain, dealing him 8 damage, and he was down for the count.

Yeah, what was that guy thinking?
I mean, there is no circumstance in which that is anything other than detrimental, unless you have somehow traveled back in time pre-mending (I mean, pre-rulebook changes. Rulebook changes. Yeah.) when Lifelink gave a bonus for every instance the creature had it.
Man you sure screwed that up considering it was posted further up in the thread

Was at 4 life he was at 19. He has a Vampire Nighthawk equip with a Basilisk Collar and two Vampire Lacerator. I have a active Pyromancers Ascension, a Howling Mine, and a Font of Mythos in play. I draw 4 cards and get two Runeflare Traps, a mountain and a lighting bolt.
Needless to say, I passed the turn and at the end of his draw step, runeflare trapped him for game.
He was rather shocked because he was sure he had it in the bag and gave me a really big glare afterwards.
After that, I would lose the next 2 matchups and drop.
