The point of the deck is to stall via counterspells, Pyroclasm, and Lightning Bolt while ramping, eventually dropping some monstrosity like Terastodon.
I don't plan to build the deck in real life, as I'm not really a competitive player at all, but I thought it would be worthwhile to share it.
EDIT: 2-4 against White Weenie.
No responses?
It went 3-3 against Vampires, making its overall record 10-8, which I consider to be fairly good for a deck this unoptimized.
Notes:
Garruk is very good and usually the win-con if he sticks. They have to get rid of him first, giving you more turns to set up.
Kalonian Behemoth seems very out of place, but as a basically unkillable 9/9 it's not as bad as it seems. Not sure that it's good enough, though.
Terastodon is "I win" if it sticks for even one turn.
Rampaging Baloths is very nice too, if it sticks. It's usually one of the first finishers one brings out, though, so it's a removal magnet. If they don't have any, they better win fast.
Dragon Broodmother is hard to get the mana for, but if you do, it's great. Especially with Garruk.
Pyroclasm is insurance against faster decks.
Honestly? If this deck went 5-1 against Jund, the person who was piloting Jund should just quit playing Magic right now, before he gets laughed out of the game. Just a couple of the many many problems with this deck:
1) You die to Putrid Leech. Or you should, anyway. With only 8 "ramp" spells in the deck, you should draw one, on average, every 7 cards. This means you have roughly 1 extra mana by the time any of it is relevant. Basically your 6-drop is a 5, 7 is a 6, etc. While you're "ramping" (and I use that term very loosely), your opponent should be getting in for 20 with his Leech.
2) Your "ramp" spells don't stick. All of them except Rampant Growth die to Lightning Bolt (albeit Garruk doesn't, but if all he's doing is untapping lands, one solid attack puts him in Bolt range, and if you make a 3/3 before 2 turns after you play him, he's still in Bolt range).
3) You have almost no relevant removal against Jund. Against Putrid Leech, they just won't pump if you have a R open. Against Sprouting Thrinax, they get 3 dudes off a Bolt. Against BBE, they've already cascaded so the rest is just gravy. Against Broodmate, it's a 4/4.
4) You're playing only 22 land in a deck that curves to 9? I don't care how saucy you think you are, that's not going to fly.
Basically, the reason your decklist hasn't gotten any replies is because your testing was bad. If this deck beat Jund at all, I'd be surprised.

Dragon Broodmother is always a bad card. Devour was a flavorful mechanic, but ultimately generates no advantage. The big shroud dude can just get chumped all day. If your opponent has something like Elspeth and you have big shroud dude, then you won't get anywhere. And Terastodon doesn't have trample. He should. But he doesn't.
Avenger of Zendikar might be a better choice because he brings a whole team with him. These get to be a threat with the overrun off of Garruk. His landfall ability combined with Rampaging Baloths ability could make your tokens very hard to deal with. That said, you need moar Rampant Growth (or Borderland Ranger or Harrow, etc).
Bogardan Hellkite comes in with an effect and he flies. Way better than the broodmother.

If you want shroud on a fat dude, Inkwell Leviathan fits the bill.
