After playing the list a bit more the Marvel matchup is a concern. Since we don't hit the MASSIVE DAMAGE mode of an RW exert deck a curve of puzzleknot into marvel is really tough on us. Also, since marvel is legendary it can't be discarded by Lay Bare the Heart. I think we may need Dispossess in the sideboard. It also helps against Gearhulk decks.
Cheers! I'm running basically the same list. With all the discard outlets though, consider running Fiery Temper over Consuming Fervor either to clear out a blocker or just go str8 to the dome. Will also lessen some of those 2 for 1 situations with the aura.
Ive also been running Hanweir Garrison instead of Ahn-Crop Crashers. Plays real well with Invigorated Rampage. I'm gonna try crashers and see how they play.
Theres definitely a strong mono Red deck out there waiting to be solved. Excited to see all the diff brews get there soon.
Matched up against Naya Aetherworks (2-1), Mono Black Zombies (2-0), RW Exert (2-1), Bant Ramp (2-0), and BG Snake (1-2). I won game one of Round 5 but was kept from the 5-0 by egregious mana screw followed by a hand that wasn't quite good enough to beat two snakes. Overall thoughts:
Walking Ballista is great. It's a beater when you need it and a ping when you need that. Solid Bone Picker enabler as well.
Harvester was also great. Racing with harvester + Aetherborn + Lookout is just silly. I never wanted Yahenni or Liliana over it.
Cut / Ribbons was better than I expected. Kills most things and then gives you a nice bit of reach at the end. Again, great for racing.
Supernatural Stamina is amazing in creature battles. Works nicely with the Bone Picker.
Sideboard was either customizing the removal package or pulling the lookouts for matches with early blockers. I'd like to fit a little more discard in there.
Overall I think this list is at a similar level to where the RB Copter madness list used to be. It puts resilient pressure on the opponent and disrupts the other side of the table. It can be beaten but it takes a good draw from a good deck.
Over this past weekend I've been running the mono black version of this deck on MTGO and probably had the best weekend I've ever had in competitive and friendly leagues going 4-1 5 times and a few 3-2's could've gone 5-0 a couple of times if weren't for a miss play and couple bad hands. I have since switch to B/R running a list similar to yours but cut the grasp's/ 3 swamps for another fatal push/2 collective brutality and a canyon slough. I was running the 3 Liliana's the entire weekend but I cut them for Harvesters and it feels so much better, the evasion helps out a lot. I run one Liliana in the side now. Also running 2 collective brutality in the MD is great for pitching cut/ribbons which has won me a few matches, pitching cut/ribbons late game and then next turn ribbons for the win.
Through the matches I have played Marvel is by far the toughest pre-board match their life gain can get rough, but post board with dispossess(I run 2-3) it's a lot better I'd say in our favor. UW control is another tough match in my experience they bring in a ton of removal and we must must dispossess their gear hulk before they have the mana. I think I'll try your idea of supernatural stamina for that match up save at least one creature when they wipe the board and try to rid their hand of cards, this is another match up collective brutality is key taking their gas.
Anyways just my quick 2 cents on this deck. I love it and will be my deck for this season.
Also any thoughts on Harsh Mentor, I've been contemplating that card out of the side against marvel/exert/vehicle/ballista decks.
I have a similar RDW list. I run Soul-Scar Mage 's as a 4 of and they have been pretty good. I enjoy using Lightning Axe with Soul-Scar Mage to kill most of the gods, though I only run Lightning Axe as a 2-of. I have not tried out Kari-Zev yet but she seems interesting with Cartouche of Zeal and Consuming Fervor. As for the Cartouche and Trial combo, I run 4 Cartouches (because they are amazing) and 2 of the Trials. There are times where casting the Trial is awkward since I usually max out at 3 mana but being able to return a Trial eventually has gained me some value for pushing through the last points of burn that I have ended up needing. I find that a turn-3 Bristling Hydra is pretty darn annoying so I might consider running more of the menace creatures. I have not tested my list against control yet but I have faced G/B Energy, G/R monsters, and G/W Midrange.
The G/B energy match-up is kind of rough since they can easily have Turn-1 Push and Turn-2 Grasp up all time but I usually hold back my important enchantments such as Cartouche of Zeal and Consuming Fervor so that I don't get 2-for-1d. Though, this causes my deck to slow down quite a bit and I end up getting beat when they start reaching around 4 or 5 mana as they are able to stabilize.
Against G/R monsters, I try to shock their Servant of the Conduit as soon as I can since it helps them ramp into their bigger threats. I find that having Soul-Scar Mage is very important in this match-up as the -1/-1 counters help shrink their monsters and can potentially kill Rhonas the Indomitable with a Lightning Axe.
As for G/W midrange/tokens, the match-up is a bit of a struggle. I have had to learn when it is the right time to just ignore the planeswalkers (Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and Gideon, Ally of Zendikar) and send the burn straight to the face. They don't really have early game removal but they do have an early game blocker that has been really annoying in the form of Sylvan Advocate.
Without further ado, here is my list:
IDK about the shell yet, but Glorybringer seems like an amazing curve topper.
The problem is it's 5 mana. Most RDW top out at 3.
I actually think Hazoret herself is the best curve topper we could have. I'm thinking about running her as a one of.
5 Mana is a lot, but haste flyer that can repeatably kill things is just too good to pass up. Maybe a slightly more midrange RDW reminiscent of Red Devotion?

Glorybringer is the prototypical top end creature for a big Red Deck. At the moment there is no reason to run mono red midrange since It's outclassed by other midrange decks. Like Mardu and GB Midrange. Going fast is what RDW needs to be doing I just don't know if red has enough pieces.
Consuming Fervor is actually insane. This card can't be cut and should be a 4 of.
Hazoret is obviously great, but I think it's better suited for the sideboard against control, the deck doesn't need him to end the game.
Fiery temper, while good, can create a lot of awkward hands. I've updated my list (see below) to experiment with it. Tomorrow FNM I'll give it a shot.
Soul-Scar Mage is good, I don't doubt it. It interacts nicely with Shock, Fervor and Rampage and I'm trying to figure out of it's just stricly better than Ahn-Crop Crasher (which has been stellar). The goal of my list was to punish an opponent ever tapping out against us, which is does extremely well thanks to Menace/ Cannot Block / Trample / Haste. Prowess as a mechanic is good, and the effect on Soul Scar mage is strong, but is it really strong enough in this archetype?
Bomat Courier can't say enough about how insane this card is. Sometimes, it does 1 damage. Other times, it can literally win you the game. It rewards us for dumping our hand as fast as possible.
Is Reckless Bushwhacker worth running in the main even without a lot of token production in the main? I like Bushwhacker a lot I used to run it in my Atarka deck.

I side it in vs control since Ahn-Crop Crusher is less relevant there. I think it definitely could slot into the deck. After testing the new additions to the deck tonight the only change I would make is trying to fit in 3 Hazorets maindeck. It's just too good not to play and basically the best 4 cmc card available. It also interacts extremely well with the rest of the shell. Fiery Tempers were actually fine as well so for now they're staying in the main 60.
im finding in my deck the gifted aetherborns are harder to hit in turn 2 or 3 with double black. i since replaced it with ahn crop crasher and i feel like it runs better then having a dud double black in my hand at turn 2 or 3

Hazoret has been a lot better than I thought it was going to be, I need to picked up a couple more. That makes sense to Sb Reckless Bushwhacker against control.
3-1 Tonight losing to Mono B Aggro.. Tough Matchup but I think it's winnable. I flooded hard both games I lost and still almost won both times. They pack a ton of lifegain though.
if people are running Invigorated Rampage, Consuming Fervor, Bomat Courier and Reckless Bushwhacker, would inventor's apprentice and ornithopter be better creatures than some of the one drops here?
Inventor's apprentice is only good if you can consistently activate the conditional +1/+1. Ornithopter is strictly a bad card in this shell, I wouldn't consider it just for apprentice.
The considerations for the slots are:
- Effective threats that are evasive and compliment pump spells.
- Synergy with discard / Vampires.
- Low CMC for Bushwhacker.
This is possible. I'm considering trying it but I don't know what I would cut. Most likely Hazoret, Invigorated Rampage and 2 other creatures. I'll keep it in mind.

4 Flameblade Adept
2 Insolent Neonate
2 Bloodrage Brawler
4 Cathartic Reunion
3 Lightning Axe
4 Shock
4 Fiery Temper
4 Cartouche of Zeal
3 Trial of Zeal
It's all fun and games as long as your opponent doesn't play Fatal Push.
Lathnu Hellion + Heart-Piercer Manticore also seems to be a good deal
you also can add green splash for Honored Hydra that you can discard and embalm t4.
The problem is it's 5 mana. Most RDW top out at 3.
