hey im playing a B/r control deck that does real well against agro and decent against control the things that can get me is sometimes permission, and manabarbs is pretty good against me
Well, I'm confused. I'm guessing this is for FNM? I'm trying to figure out if Manabarbs is a current deck type worth dedicating the SB for. You'll have to get me up to date on that.
I also don't see what *kind* of deck you are building. Cryoclasm is a weak SB in my opinion (unless you are focusing on LD anyways... otherwise Magus of the Moon and Detritivore are better), only because I think Deathmark is a better color hoser (although not needed with Slaughter Pact, Cruel Edict, Smallpox, all of which are mainboarded nowadays). And Terrors seem only so-so. Pithing Needle is a great sideboard, because it's so versatile. ("What? Regenerate your Troll Ascetic? Umm, no.")
Manabarbs decks are few and in between (unless I'm missing something), and I would need to see your deck, and as to why it hurts you so badly.
So yeah, I can't really help except that Terror and Cryoclasm could be replaced by Pithing Needle and (since it seems you don't run enough removal main to warrant siding Terror/Hit//Run) either Edicts or Hit//Run. Both are better than Terror generally. (especially since they kill problem creatures that are popular like Troll Ascetic, Akroma, meh)
I see you are missing Dredge hate besides Extirpate- I guess that isn't a problem for you in your area.
Basically against Manabarbs you're pretty much screwed in B/r, since they're the "Absolutely cannot destroy enchantments" colours (there might be quirky exceptions to this). I'd say Hit/Run would be a good choice assuming you have other removal to clear their board, and Nightmare Void sounds good assuming you have more than 1 copy or can fetch it.
If you're having problem with permission, I'd include 4 Nightmare Voids SB and maybe Sulfur Elemental.
my deck is basically korlash control it runs the dimir enginewith tendrils and etc. i also run gauntlet of power and consume spitrt and its how i win many games, i hope i recieve more help and any questions i will be sure to answer
Ok, running MBC against manabarbs shouldn't be too big of a deal, since you have the trump card: Tendrils. Consume Spirit is kind of a bad card to have against Manabarbs: I'll tap 7 lands to deal 5 damage, and take 2 damage...? Otherwise, I don't see why a deck based around a 4cc enchantment would topple Korlash control... If it's an RDW, then some removal into Damnation should work fine. (especially since you can Transmute for Damnation on turn three)
No need for the "sry", it's just that it's a very specific question: are you having troubles with Manabarbs in your area specifically? Or at least list the decks you are having problems with: your SB could use a little fine tuning, but I'm not sure what exactly you face in your area.
Right off the bat, I would try not to use Gauntlet of Power in Korlash control, as it seems like a "win more" kind of card- You shouldn't need any help generating power (and the +1/+1 is kind of meh). If you want a mana boost at 5cc for Consume Spirit specifically, I would use Magus of the Coffers. You'll tap less lands, and gather a lot more mana. (the 4/4 body isn't too shabby either).
im talking about against agro i win game one and the only way i can lose the match is if they see a manabarbs the next 2 games, and if they do i ususally lose. Im just looking for something to help thats all
on another note i prefer gauntlet over magus, it lives longer and it has direct synergy with skeletal vampire, another card i run that normal builds dont.
and no i took the 4x leyline of the voids out because no1 plays dredge around here nemore
If you really want good sideboard help, we would kinda need to see the maindeck.

I support WotC's goal of shaping Modern in favor of diversity.
I ran a thought experiment on my blog Modern in a Nuclear Wasteland
of an extreme case of banning 20 more cards to make sure they get everything, then scaling back where appropriate. WotC seems to be on a slowly build up approach. Both ways probably reach similar end points.
The post Gatecrash metagame is proving to be closer to the endpoint than I estimated, so its very possible that few (if any) more cards need to be banned.
Alrighty, against aggro sideboarding Manabarbs:
First of all, are you using Damnations? Manabarbs hits everyone- and if they are playing aggro, and have no life gain (which I'm sure they don't, unless it's warhammer), then I don't see why running Damnations and Tendrils doesn't win it for you. I'm sure his strategy after SB is to hit you as much as possible in the first 3-4 turns, and then cast Manabarbs for the long game. Throw in some cheap removal (Terror, Cruel Edict (especially for Troll), Deathmark for MGA), and stall into Damnation. that should be all you need to shut him down for a few turns, and survive into the mid game.
Gauntlet of Power can be slow, so if you find yourself getting hit a lot by Kird Apes early game, then finished off by Manabarbs mid-late game, you need to drop the slower cards in the deck, and side in fast stall/removal. Consume Spirit has to go: Korlash should be all the muscle you'll need (at a cheaper price no less). Also, you might consider Dash Hopes to compliment your Tendrils of Corruption (which is going to save you in these matches). 2 mana to let them take 5 life or play a Tarmogoyf... If they are indeed playing Manabarbs, they might have to reconsider letting the Tarmogoyf die (and they've already tapped the 2 lands). Dash Hopes on an Incinerate or Char might also make them double think.
Also, Damnation will destroy any mana creatures like Birds, and will help make them have to use their lands. Other than that, you might even consider Loxodon Warhammer sided in. I know it sounds stupid in a Korlash Control deck, but the lifegain and trample could help keep you going (if the Tendrils aren't enough... can you tell you should be running 4x Tendrils?).
so if you find yourself getting hit a lot by Kird Apes early game, then finished off by Manabarbs mid-late game
Actually if this is whats happening, one word fixes that "Judge!" (Kird Ape and Manabarbs make for an illegal deck).

Can you actually post the deck... The only way you are going to beat manabarbs with these colors is with an artifact that lets you destroy it or out run your opponent.. You might consider running Dash Hopes to make them pay 5 life for the manabarbs and if they dont you can extirpate...
