With the reprinting of Sigil of the Empty Throne, and with Theros block still with us for a little while,
I want to try this concept while it's potentially still viable.
It seems Abzan colors have the most support for this currently, but I'm open to suggestions. Want it to be FNM playable
if possible, but it doesn't have to be Tier 1, but it is on a budget (keep in mind plz). What follows is a rough draft.
