Yeah, you don't want to be wiping out your own creatures, you'll be killing your Exalted bonuses. Maybe make use of some more targeted removal, or force sacrifices.
EDIT: Made a few changes to my W/B/r Exalted deck to make it run more consistently.
My sideboard was just thrown together until I can pin down what should better fit in there.
This deck seems to have a couple problems. Consistency is by far the worst problem. Having so many creatures that rely on double swamp or plains seems to screw me over the most. This could of course be attributed to poor luck.
If I can land appropriate lands, I can really pump out some damage by turn 3-4. This happens more often than one might think.
Turn 1 - Cathedral that comes in tapped or Tormented Soul. Depends on lands sitting in hand and what is trying to be lined up.
Turn 2 - Drop a knight if possible.
Turn 3 - Silverblade Paladin or Vampre Nighthawk.
Turn 4 - Sublime.
I can't count the games where by turn 5-6 I have 2 Sublimes on the field which, short of a sweep, is usually gg. Getting a nighthawk out with a silverblade attached, and then landing a Sublime is insane.
Getting appropriate lands is / can be troubling though, which is the one hurdle I can't seem to get around. That and getting sweeped and not being able to draw cards. I've been debating getting some form of card draw in the deck, maybe some artifact, but I've only been back to playing recently and not sure what would best fit. Suggestions?
One of the few things I noticed looking at your list, sdotlow, is possibly considering trading the Pacifism for Bonds of Faith.
You can use the Bonds of Faith as a Pacifism on (most of) your opponents creatures or as a handy way to give one of your Knights +2/+2 which can make them much more difficult to handle.
Also, you may want to consider swapping the Doom Blades for Go to the Throats; maybe one of each?
I've been playtesting a W/U Exalted deck for post rotation and have found Arctic Aven to be about as good as Nighthawk.
Could be pretty decent. But any sort of Infect creature with Exalted can be a fun play. What made Inkmoth very good, however, was the combination with Kessig Wolf Run, which gave it Trample to break through whatever blocked it. That's a problem with Exalted, is that you need to give them trample (or some type of evasion) in order to make it a killer. Otherwise your opponent can chump-block all day long.

Right. That's why I figured it's just a sneaky land to put in there and wait until you get an Archangel or 2 in play, wait for opponent to have no flying to block, and potentially swing for lethal poison counters if they don't see it coming. Even if they do see it coming it's something they would have to be aware of. I haven't play tested it much yet, but I'm interested to see if it can work.

I'll give bonds of faith a whirl, it would actually be a good card for my SB I'm thinking. I thought about using Go for the throat, but I don't want anything in my decks that's getting rotated out soon. I haven't really ran across much, if anything, I would want in the deck anyway from SoM (except go for the throat ;P).
The B/W Exalted deck I listed seems like it's fairly balanced from the play testing I did. It's able to control at a reliable pace, and by turn 5-7 you should be in a position to lock up the game.
I haven't been able to find any RestoDelver decks to run against on MTGO since M13 pre-release, so I don't know how it would fair against a heavy permission deck. I'm thinking not so good if you're getting mana leaked and vapor snagged and can't keep anything on the board the first few turns.

Doesn't Doom Blade rotate out at the same time Go for the Throat rotates out?
Thinking about rotation, most of the "good" counterspells are rotating out. I'm sure they'll be replaced with some other interesting permission though...

lol I'm and idiot. Yeah, you're absolutely correct. I've gotten into the habit of noticing the typical SoM icons on the cards and neglect to remember 2012 is rotating out as well. I already sold off all of my SoM block cards so I'll idle with Doom Blade as it hasn't been an issue yet.
I think I'm going to find a way to squeeze in some Sign in Blood for card draw. Would be really nice to be able to force my way into lands I need and and to pick up the pace if I get sweeped. Thoughts?
I have a B/W exalted deck and found it to be very good, but without the Tormented Souls in it, it is just lacking. With Lingering souls they can chump block your Nighthawk into oblivion, yes, you gain all that life, but it's not killing them. I have also found Aven Squires, Servant of Nefarox, and board wipes to just be not anything worth having in. Maybe a board wipe in SB, but against heavy creature count decks I run lots of control. With 2 colors, I have trouble with getting a 2nd black mana consistently for the Nighthawks/Nefarox or if I splash the red, it would be for 2 red cost cards. That just doesn't seem 'better' just different way of winning.
I have and found out that Phyrexian Crusader is an awesome creatue for exalted decks. His evasion/infect is very useful. Too bad for the upcoming rotation though, he is a killer for sure.
I've been debating grabbing a couple Sorin, Lord of Innistrad in my B/W exalted deck that I listed on the previous page.
I've never used him before. Worth playing with?
Not that seen, I found that Sublime Archangel is a way better 4 drop then him. I just sat on him in my hand most of the time. Even worse when you sit on 2.
Do you guys think this deck will do alright without 3-4 Sublime Angel? It looks pretty cheap to build and tons of fun. I just don't feel like spending
$60-70 on them

They were worth it for me. This deck just doesn't seem to generate enough power without them. Silverblade Paladin is a must aswell.
I think Exalted also needs a way to hit Trample. Rancor is probably the easiest way, but splashing Green into WB just for that is...yeah. I'm not too keen on it. Especially because I've been trying to make WBR work (maybe I should nix the Hounds and just go with Thundermaw). A T5 Thundermaw after a T4 Sublime Archangel would just be devastating...But getting the Red Mana is an issue.
Sublime Archangel and Lingering Souls should definitely be in this deck. I'd also try Disciple of Bolas - trading in a one or two drop (that just swung w a bunch of exalted triggers) for a whole pile of cards and some life seems sweet. I think something like this could do well:
You can still get the super aggressive draw with Tormented Soul and lots of exalted dudes and refill with Disciple, or you can just get the Splicer into Restoration Angels draw like all the midrange decks. First Striking Splicer tokens with Vault are just amazing. And there's Sublime Archangel with Lingering Souls and Blade Splicer for lots of exalted dudes as well. I'm playing Knight of Glory over the black one because of Zombies, and Aven Squire seems better than the black knight because of the evasion. If there was a predominantly white deck running around I'd probably play him, but all the white decks have green and red creatures as well.
You could board into more removal and Nefarox if you want to be more controlling. The trick to the deck is in not over-extending into sweepers, which Disciple and Resto Angel help with somewhat. Gut Shot also seems like a scary card but aside from boarding (or MDing) Missteps or Mutagenic Growths I don't know what to do about it.
