After about two weeks of testing this is the list I have came to. At this time there are 0 U/W approach players locally as such have cut lost legacy from the board for the time being. I'm going to a Standard PPTQ with this list on the 18th and will likely bring put them back into the board. I'm looking for feedback and critique on this list.
Ajani seems pretty out of place in the deck, a maindeck Angel of Sanctions or Liliana (with more embalm/eternalize creatures) seem like better options instead.
Also why so much lifegain (S.Champion, Authority, E.Extraction) in the SB ?
The deck is already really good at gaining life so I'd rather dedicate slots for cards like Doomfall/Cast Out which are good in multiple matchups and leave out E.Extraction.
Personally I'm not really a fan of Green in this deck and think that a straight B/W build would be more consistent. Vraska is fine but is rather slow and is more of a roleplayer than a finisher.
I have waffled between both Call to the Feast and Sram's Expertise in the past. While both are good for what I wanted to do. Sram's exceedingly so(I'm still on the fence for him) I wanted another token engine.
E.Extraction and Authority are flex slots at the moment. Doomfall I flat out forgot exists that an interesting option indeed. I will have to track down some of those. Putting an extra cast or two back into the board sounds like a solid plan.
Ajani Unyielding Is a test for the moment I wanted more play with him and he feels good in the list so far. My main reason for him over Liliana has been because of how light my current list on dudes to hit with her +1.
Funny enough me and other guys who play tokens at my local shop where talking about side boarding a single Call for Unity actually.

Hey guy, i'm running Abzan Tokens having already tried Esper and Orzhov. In my experience at least, Abzan is more consistant than Esper and more versatile and powerful than BW (Yes, Vraska is an absolute powerhouse).
My meta is mostly Temur Energy, RR, GPG and some Aggro brews mostly in BR colors.
I went to the FNM last week and went 2-1-1. I really loved the deck, it felt very consistent and mulliganed twice on 10 games. The mana worked beautifully, got a little screwed once but it virtually never happens.
My first match was up against a Primal Amulet/Torment of Hailfire deck. Beat me in G1 as i had no answers to a Cut//Ribbons in the GY. G2 and G3 Lost Legacied away the Hailfires and killed him before he found the other wincon.
Second match against Ramunap Red was very frustating as we went to time and left him at 1 while i was at 43. Thid match up is just as easy as it gets. They need a perfect hand and for us to stumble a lot, but i feel really confident even playing with only 2 Pushes. There's so many ways to stabilize... an eternalized SC is great, trading pushes or priests for their creatures and then embalm with an anointed procession is great, ambush their 1 toughness creatures with start//finish and then kill another with the finish side. Just have to be careful to not go down to much in life, as the have ways to close out games very fast and always have a back up Cast Out or Ixalan's Bindind for Haz or the Red Dino. First gamae i lost to a crazy hand for him, second game won by ultimating Vraska, and third game i stabilized with 2 Eternal SC but lacked agression (first time i ran the deck so i was not very confident)
Third match was against GPG and just got run over. He had bigger creatures at all times and Angel of Invention (we're very soft to fliers). After sideboard it didn't improve much so i'm considering adding 2 Sentinel Totem to the SB. By now it's a very difficult match up.
Last match was against Esper control. First game i won it by flipping a Treasure Map with a Procession on the field. TM is such a powerful card. Never lost a game after i flipped it, specially when the tokens get doubled up. Second game went to turns and couldn't find a Shefet dunes to close it out earlier as he played 2 authority of the consuls. Anyway i legacied their Scarab gods so the only win con he had was Torrential Gearhulk that was pretty useless against my tokens.
Over the week i tuned the SB to beat Temur Energy as a lot of players picked up the deck after the protour. And i've been doing very well. Game one is 50/50, but then the SB in their control package and board out Magma Sprays, Harnessed lightnins and FP in Sultai energy. I then include the cats and Tocatli Honor Guards. The Adorned Pouncer makes for a great early blocker that doesn't get hit by negate, then if you can eternalize one with a Procession or two out, they're a nightmare and often win games on their own. The guards turns off the best part of their creatures and disrupts their whole game plan as they also lose the card draw of Rogue Refiner. Game 3 gotta go with your gut and try to guess if they board in removal or stick to the counters thinking that we're going to go back to the main plan.
The most difficult part of sideboarding is trying not to go too far from the main way to win. I almost always board out the Landings as in some match ups attack with 3 creatures in the early and mid game is almost impossible and the reward is not that big.
So, i really liked the deck, it felt very versatile as it has game against almost any deck, the cut to 2 Fatal Pushes also felt correct as against RR other cards take the spotlight and it's almost useless against Energy variants (maybe not too bad against Sultai). Also thought about Liliana, but it has been performing great for me.
I Feel like you get less mileage out of Liliana, Death's Majesty with only 5 Embalm creatures in the deck and two aftermath targets. I would need to test with the card to give a final verdict though.
Your local meta seems similar to mine however have you thought about going to 3 sweepers main? I have found it had little impact on our ability to control the board state.
GPG has been a problem for me as well. Its why I have switched 2 Fumigates to Settle the Wreckage In the 75 allowing some instant speed interaction verse their hordes of flying dudes.
I'm iffy on Treasure Map in the deck but I haven't played with it yet so i'll take your word on it for now.

Is MTG Salvation dead because of a bad standard environment or because the site merged with Twitch?
Where is the best place to chat about deck building now?
Karn while good anywhere is especially useful in a deck that needs card draw and has a lot of artifact tokens (and A.Procession)
so Karn's -2 is extremely powerful.
There is no need to play Vraska anymore and a straight B/W list is much better now.
I took out all the Renegade Maps to to max out on Treasure Maps and went up to 23x lands but I'm still not sure if the mana is good enough to support a deck with so much 4-cmc spells so maybe I need another land and cut a removal spell for it.
Cards like History of Benalia and Rite of Belzenlok also seem potentially playable in the deck though I'm not sure that the first is much better than Start // Finish (because of the removal mode) and the second is another 4-drop (which is a clogged slot in the deck) and the payoff demon dies to Fatal Push
(but helps trigger revolt for Stockpile every turn).

I'd probably go with a spell that makes tokens like Call to the Feast or Sram's Expertise instead.
Start // Finish is also a really good tokens' spell that also serves as removal.
I'd prefer it to a maindeck Sunscourge Champion.
Ajani seems pretty out of place in the deck, a maindeck Angel of Sanctions or Liliana (with more embalm/eternalize creatures) seem like better options instead.

Call for Unity can be a decent top-end in B/W pumping all the tokens.
Another option is Liliana + 2-3x Angel of Sanctions and 4x Sunscourge Champion (or maybe Regal Caracal).
E.Extraction and Authority are flex slots at the moment. Doomfall I flat out forgot exists that an interesting option indeed. I will have to track down some of those. Putting an extra cast or two back into the board sounds like a solid plan.

4x Treasure Map

4x Legion's Landing
4x Hidden Stockpile
