Feather is a solid card with an awesome build-around-me potential we'll try to exploit here.
Due to obvious reasons, decks featuring her must at least be RW, but this is where the real fun begins. There are many ways to utilize the angelic engine.
The main idea is to play Feather and start slinging your creature targeting spells for as much benefit as possible.

In each section I will list cards that specifically support Feather archetype. Cards of general application such as Seal Away won't be mentioned. I also omitted those cards I considered not good enough under any circumstances. If you'd like to suggest a card to be included, PM me or post in this thread.
I may call instants/sorceries "spells" for simplicity.
Creatures: Dauntless Bodyguard 2-power 1-drop that later on can protect Feather or another more important creature. Skirk Prospector Potential turn 2 Feather enabler, might work as a ritual to fuel a finisher Banefire in a goblin-themed variation. Tenth District LegionnaireThe prime early beater. 2/2 haste that grows and filters your draws is just perfect. Reckless Rage primary target. Dreadhorde Arcanist Another star of the archetype, reuses all those pretty spells for potentially game-winning results. With Feather, the spells you recast go back to hand! If you're playing him, make sure he has enough power to recast your spells of choice! Adanto Vanguard 3 power on the attack and survives Reckless Rage. Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin Generates a ton of goblins very quickly. Great with Heroic Reinforcements. Tajic, Legion's Edge Hasty 3 power beater that grows Arcanist and protects all other creatures from burn. Aurelia, Exemplar of Justice Curve-topper with immediate board impact.
Straight Buffs: Integrity//Intervention Doubles as a burn spell to close out games or remove a blocker. Gird for Battle This buff persists, so it gets much better with Feather or Arcanist Defiant Strike Cantrips or becomes a true CA engine with Feather. Sure Strike First strike on top of +3 power might sell this one in creature-heavy metas. Ajani's Influence Digs 5 deep for something white, like Feather. Might be too slow, though.
Protection: Sheltering Light 1 mana, covers most removal, most sweepers, combat damage and scries. You don't get much better than that. Adamant Will for 1 more mana this doubles as a buff. Assure // Assemble Rough on mana, but the counter persists. Justiciar's Portal In case indestructible won't cut it.
Evasion: Arrester's Zeal Flying on the offense. Desperate Lunge Flying + life gain, might be worth it vs other aggro. Also works on the defense. Run Amok Trample and +3, but can't be recast from Arcanist on the same turn it's cast.
Answers: Reckless Rage Insane card, 4 damage for 1 mana. With Feather out, you can cast it twice in the same turn, letting you take down any X/8. Dual Shot Kills two X/1 or one X/2 with Feather out. Bedeck // Bedazzle Can remove X/3 or make Feather swing for 6, yikes! LD is the icing on the cake, but hey, it's always great to have an option. Thrash // Threat May hit planeswalkers.
Others: Seismic Shift Repeatable LD with Feather, probably too slow, but it's here.
UnFeatherable: Thud T2 Arcanist, T3 Buff, swing, recast buff, this. Potential T3 kill enabler. Finale of Promise Reuses spells, if Feather is out, they come back to your hand! Deafening Clarion For other aggro, with counters most of your creatures can survive this and swing with lifelink! Heroic Reinforcements Great with Krenko, with little effort can be recast with Arcanist for one heck of a combat phase. Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants Grows your creatures, brings back the smaller ones.
Creatures: Arboreal Grazer Another potential way to have a turn 2 Feather. Gruul Spellbreaker Efficient body and perfect buff target.
Straight Buffs: Giant Growth Cheap and efficient Might of the Masses Alternative for token-based versions. Stony Strength Pseudo-vigilance, makes it safe to swing with Feather and still have her up as a blocker. Collision // Colossus Great buff with added evasion, also doubles as a removal against flyers (hi Kefnet). Excellent with Arcanist and Krenko. Turns Feather into a 3-turn clock. Courage in Crisis Play this only if you can make big returns on the proliferate. Bounty of Might Slap this on Arcanist or Spellbreaker. GG?
Answers: Prey Upon Simple fight that is easily recastable with Arcanist Thrash // Threat One sided fight that can hit planeswalkers. Doubles as a creature if needed. Instant-speed is big. Domri's Ambush Same as above, except grows your creature and works well with Arcanist for the price of speed and alternate mode.
Strategy & Choices:
Not many tricks here, just raw power and efficiency.
One notable exception is the Truefire Captain + Defiant Strike + Sheltering Light + Feather cute setup.
Creatures: Siren Stormtamer Can protect Feather and swing. Beamsplitter Mage Doubles the effects of your spells, can be explosive. Adeliz, the Cinder Wind Between Stormtamer, Beamsplitter and Arcanist, Wizard tribal might be a thing here. God-Eternal KefnetGiven the proper spell choices, he can be very effective.
Evasion: Maximize Altitude Recastable flying Stealth Mission Now this is a real deal. The counters stay, with Beamsplitter this can make for a huge swing. 3-turn clock with Feather (5+7+9).
Answers: Essence Capture Hard lockdown with Feather against creature-based decks. It's so effective when it works it almost feels immoral.
Others: Quasiduplicate A recurring clone effect with Feather. Role Reversal I haven't found a good application for this yet, but I'm sure something amazing will bubble up sooner or later.
UnFeatherable: Incubation // Incongruity Finds Feather or anything else you need. Spell Pierce Cheap disruption. Dovin's Veto Hard disruption, stops almost everything, a pain in the *** for UW and most other control decks. Narset's Reversal Huge tempo swing useful against control mostly. Search for Azcanta Get this online with Feather = game won.

One-sided board wipe much with nice addition of hitting all their Ixalan's Bindings and random other enchatments / artifacts.
Nice work! Thanks. It took me a little while to realize that the numbers on the options "decklists" were the CMCs, but that is a good way to organize it.
Guttersnipe is ridiculous in this deck. Been playing on Arena and If you get a Guttersnipe out and a Feather and one or 2 one CC spells it is game over pretty quickly.
Sure, but if you can stick Feather and have a spell or two the game ends pretty quickly regardless. Guttersnipe only seems good in situations where you would win anyway.
But the feather doesn't always stick or the Guttersnipe draws the attention away from the Feather.
Where Guttersnipe helped me last night was against an Ajani deck where neither could attacked as i was casting the 1 CC indestructible and building my 10th district, but not as quickly as his guy grew. Just burnt him out at that point.
How is beamsplitter not as fragile? And those 3 cards add a 3rd color. I find Sheltering Light & Defiant Strike do a great job while staying 2 colors. Plus Defiant Strike can be re-used with Feather and Dreadhorde while Chart a Course can't (along with pumping 10th district which chart also can't do).

He is a 2 mana investment. 3 mana is quite a bit heavier especially when our payoff card is 3cmc.
And on the other blue cards, i mentioned them because that specific set up happened to be one of the decks in the top 64 at the open. Of course defiant strike though. it is an auto include as well i think.
Nice thread , good work . I have a Mardu list I play on Arena, I´ll post it later. It has a Rix Maadi Reveler + Revival // Revenge resurrection subtheme (I even had Arclight Phoenix in there as the recurring spells from Feather bring it back, but it was a bit too win-more).
I think if we get to Mardu, Duress/Divest will be key inclusions. Being able to play that on T1, Arcanist on T2 and recast on T3 is a sure way to cripple any deck right from the start. Rix Maadi Reveler can be great as a way to refill your hand later in the game.
My friend swears by jeskai and he is playing a list with 22 lands but no basics, also he is running 3 Gideon main.
I think the deck doesn't need blue, and especially if you run 3 Gideon you need access to white frequently.
He doesn't run Aurelia or shalai and relies on feather hitting the board and sticking to win games. Or for Gideon to stay and gain him life through a creature every turn.
Is it worth going jeskai or is Boros enough?

Staying Boros helps you with mana, which is relevant for aggro decks. Jeskai is more about what you said: Having that Feather stick. Very different approaches.

My friend 3-0'ed showdown today with jeskai feather. His opponents didn't know what to expect and how to deal with all the interactions, I watched a couple of his games.
Gideon and adanto vanguard work really hard in the deck, so I don't get the blue splash for dive down, and a couple of other cards.
His deck doesn't run any basics though.

I hope you know that Urza's ruinous blast exiles your pillar of origins. However, if you can cast it it will be killer against most red, or green decks since they don't play many legendaries.

There's also good potential with Truefire Captain if you're going to run a bunch of Reckless Rage. Removal and direct damage could be even more deadly. Plus, it makes Blindblast a useful card for draw power in a red deck.
Article on taking Boros Feather to the top 8 of Magicfest KC here.
I finally built my Boros version based on Brian's and took it to Monday Night magic. Unfortunately, the event did not fire. I did practice a little against Mono-R. I did okay playing my creatures a turn late, but if they have too much removal, it's bleak.
To touch on the Mardu variant, Abnormal Endurance seems a rather major effect, and Bladebrand is a key source of card advantage. If you can somehow reliably have enough Toughness to withstand it, Bleeding Edge can be a good Amass generator, with Clear the Stage being a similar recurrent upside for using a debuff on your own stuff. Blessing of Belzenlok is very good for Feather herself, giving a steady stream of life at a low cost that also gives a bit of a buffer from damage, and combos a bit with Nightmare's Thirst. A pretty big bit of power would be Skulduggery, as it'll turn into recurrent removal with relatively few of them.
The biggest Rakdos card I see that probably works is Macabre Mockery, if revival as a whole doesn't count, and if revival as a whole does count, it becomes an extremely powerful Reanimator recursion deck. Angrath's Fury, if you can get enough revival for the destruction, becomes a stupid bit of Planeswalker recursion, if you're that desperate for Angrath... For some reason. If you can somehow get reliable access to one green mana, Undercity Uprising closes out the game hard, and Status // Statue gives single-target Deathtouch without needing green and becomes extremely flexible removal when you have a bit of Green mana. If green were in the base, then such single-mana inclusions for win conditions or answers would be a lot easier, as you could semi-reliably fetch the relevant basic land as a one-or-two-of.
I can see a Reanimator sort of aggro-control setup splashing White for Feather recurring normally-detrimental effects for their riders.

Not many tricks here, just raw power and efficiency.
One notable exception is the Truefire Captain + Defiant Strike + Sheltering Light + Feather cute setup.
Growth-Chamber Guardian must be answered immediately or will generate card advantage and grow into a real threat.
Shalai, Voice of Plenty protects other creatures or even you.
Truefire Captain + Justice Strike can steal a game and are good on each their own. Captain can be tutored up, Strike can be recast with Arcanist, can even cause a loop with Sheltering Light and Feather.
Sheltering Light / Assure // Assemble split 2/2 to have an option to grow Arcanist.
Domri's Ambush > Thrash // Threat another way to grow Arcanist.
Finale of Devastation a little toolbox, Feather is the main target, but a hasted Spellbreaker or Shalai can be good too.
SB is a bunch of silver bullets to tutor with Finale and Tithe Taker to slow control down.

I'm focused on the Jeskai Angels atm. The only real problems are Thought Erasure and God-Eternal Kefnet. Can't do much except Spell Pierce or Narset's Reversal with the former, but against the God, the deck could use a pumping effect. I'm considering Blackblade Reforged or Integrity//Intervention.

RNA Standard: Grixis Midrange, Jund Deathwhirler, Sultai Vannifar

Forcing a single archetype in all formats: too many colors, bad mana.

I finally built my Boros version based on Brian's and took it to Monday Night magic. Unfortunately, the event did not fire. I did practice a little against Mono-R. I did okay playing my creatures a turn late, but if they have too much removal, it's bleak.
