To clarify the win condition is to run out of cards and win the Jace. Not super practical, but works out surprisingly well (in its current incarnation) and is a lot of fun to play.
The deck doesn't seem bad because it is playing decent cards. It does seem to lose focus though. Are you going for a midrange or a control plan. Azor isn't a good finisher. Jace doesn't fit well with the other cards in the deck. There are better options for you. Narset and little or big teferi would both fit better.
It's.. a bit of a meme deck. The whole goal is to mill myself out and win with the Jace. Everything else is just buying time and staying alive. It's been moderately successful, considering its a meme deck.. just takes a while.
Honestly I haven't had this much fun with the format in a while... open to other suggestions though!

Good luck developing the list!
