I have recently designed a powerful MTG arena deck similar to modern bogles.
It plays a hexproof creature and then covers it in pants (beneficial creature auras).
For hexproof this deck uses merfolk tokens.
I want help tweaking this and making a sideboard for paper play.
There are no shock/checklands due to budget.
Also, the removal needs a lot of help as I am not familiar with standard.
I don't need a super competitive deck just something I can bring to FNM that won't always lose.
Here is the deck:
Unfortunately all the auras in Standard are really bad right now other than Curious Obsession, which is played in Mono Blue Tempo in a way that it kinda works like Bogles in that you protect your evasive small threat and gain card advantage.
I'd move onto UR auras...if your going to play auras. Beyond that deck just isn't all that great in standard.

Frank Karsten proposes a Bogles deck with Paradise Druidhere. While it doesn't suit your approach or your budget, there might be some ideas you can use.
I don't like Frank Karsten's build but his understanding of the card is sound. The game plan with Druid would be to Ramp into 4 mana spells/enchantments, which we would need to not have that many 3 drops in the deck.
Paradise Druid combined with vigilance enchantments turns it into an effective racer. Sentinel's Mark does make sense here.
ideally we want to slam an enchantment while druid is untapped especially one with vigilance though we still have to be careful since said enchantments can get blown up.
Sentinel's Mark is dirt cheap
and on Serra's wings could definitely work if the whole gameplan is to slam this paradise druid/vine mare.
I still don't think the deck would be better than UR, but Bant/Naya could be a possibility since that opens the door to other creatures that could make the deck work.

Here is the deck:
2x Aether Tunnel
4x Aquatic Incursion
1x Capture Sphere
3x Dub
1x Dwindle
1x Ixalan's Binding
3x Knightly Valor
3x One With the Wind
3x Prodigious Growth
4x Sentinel's Mark
3x Squire's Devotion
3x Azorius Guildgate
3x Forest

4x Selesnya Guildgate
3x Simic Guildgate
Creatures
4x Danitha Capashen, Paragon
4x Jungleborn Pioneer
3x Satyr Enchanter
1x Incubation // Incongruity
Other than that you might want to play with Vine Mare and Hadana's Climb.
Standard: BG Golgari Midrange
Modern: U Merfolk GWUBR 5 Color Humans UBW Esper Gifts GW Bogles
-Stay Frosty
Paradise Druid could be playable here but green doesn't offer enough in terms of auras, combat tricks or creatures.
RNA Standard: Grixis Midrange, Jund Deathwhirler, Sultai Vannifar
GRN Standard: Red Midrange, Mono-Blue Tempo, Wr Aggro, Gruul Experimental Dinosaurs, Sultai Midrange, Jeskai Midrange
Modern: Bant Spirits
Forcing a single archetype in all formats: too many colors, bad mana.

But overall for OP, I would dump that bant budget build and move to two color only. Would also drop Prodigious Growth / Knightly Valor / Dub / Danitha, Capashen Paragon
