I really like the idea and Indomitable Creativity is one of my favorite cards from recent sets (though it is much better in Modern).
The combo here is to counter something (preferably 2+ cmc) with Spell Swindle and use the treasure tokens to cast Indomitable Creativity to get out the dinosaurs to burn and beat down the opponent.
For a combo finish for the deck I think that Burning Sun's Avatar fits the deck better than Torrential Gearhulk having a more aggresive body, not dying to Abrade and dealing direct damage.
As the 5th creature I like The Locust God too but Samut, Voice of Dissent seems even better for the combo purposes giving the dinosaurs haste.
It also works on its own as a flash creature allowing you to have removal/counters up and either ambush a creature or just flash it in on the opponent's end step.
Depths of Desire is a terrible card (overcosted Unsummon or bad Repulse) and isn't worth playing just to make a treasure token so I've added more Supreme Will instead. Search for Azcanta is probably also good here as in any control deck so I might add it later.
Cut // Ribbons is an option for the maindeck as it deals with bigger creatures that dodge Lightning Strike/Sweltering Suns and can be an alternate win-con with "Ribbons" using all the mana after amassing a large number of treasure tokens.
I have Harnessed Lightning in this slot in the meantime as it scales better as a removal spells and works well with Aether Hub/Glimmer of Genius that help power it up.
I had some games with it, it performed pretty well against Mono Black Control and Sultai Panharmonicon beating both 2-0,
though those decks probably aren't that good anyway.
It deals pretty well with creatures on an average draw and if I hit my land drops it plays pretty smoothly.
The limited number of threats is a concern though, as if I start drawing too many of them Creativity loses its usefulness and I have to slowly hardcast them without having the ability to protect them which is very problematic against decks with a lot of removal.
I'm going try out Panharmonicon over Samut as it offers a better way to clear the board.
I'm also going to split the removal in the maindeck between Lightning Strike and Cut // Ribbons to have a better way of dealing with "eternalized" creatures and having more win-cons in "ribbons".
I wonder if this deck can become better now after the bannings and the potential new finishers like Nezahal, Primal Tide (Etali looks weaker).
I'd definetly slot in 2x Search for Azcanta now, over 2x Opt which is one of the weaker cards in the deck.
Maybe adding some Hour of Devastation to the SB is a good idea as well.

I chose to maindeck Lightning Strike over Abrade to have the necessary burn to finish off opponets after they take damage from Burning Sun's Avatar.

It might be a good idea to add more win-cons to the SB but I've figured out which ones so far so I only have answers there.
Possible options can be: Metallurgic Summonings, Kefnet the Mindful, The Locust God or Sphinx of Magosi.

Needs moar Delver.
Another combo finish option can be: Forerunner of the Empire + 2x Polyraptor + Regisaur Alpha (with Panharmonicon)
though having most of these uncastable if drawn before Indomitable Creativity is cast is worse than hardcasting Burning Sun's Avatar.
