Just took a look at Rakdos agro. If you're running Hellhole Flailer, which I love but is a removal magnet, you have to run Lightning Mauler. I threw together a deck for each guild out of my spare cards and that was a really hard hitting combo.
Also not running 4 Pillar of Flame seems wrong.
Hmm... yeah, Highborn Ghoul seems like it could be substituted and I wasn't sure whether to play 4 pillar or 4 Bump. At the time I did that, I was piloting B/R Zombies and Bump is really good, but I can understand that Pillar is nice to have as often as possible. I switched things around now.
Hey Yaku, concerning your Angelic Rites deck, is there some way to mitigate the problem of having your reanimation components stuck in your hand? I mean sure Grisly Salvage is gravy and all, but wouldn't splashing red be better off with Faithless Looting?
Also, I think adding 2-3 Fiend Hunters would be good, since you really have no way to stall the opponent outside of Cathedral Sanctifiers, plus, you can exile your own Angel of Glory's Rise once you get the combo going if you expect a boardwipe. You'll be able to stabilize since removing the hunters will return your Angel (and even if it was Terminus, you'd still have a 4/6 angel with flying!)

Yes and no. Grisly Salvage lets you remain card neutral (Faithless Looting is actually card disadvantage) and the mana base is much worse at the moment, given that Guildpact isn't out yet. I'll consider updating after then. In the meantime, feel free to play with a red splash if that's your personal preference.
I originally had Fiend Hunters, but I'm not sure about their place in the deck.
This thread is very helpful for me, a player that always build decks on a budget, and for those who are getting started with MTG. Kudos to yakusoku and to all who gave input in this thread.
He also might mean something closer to what Martin Juza is playing, except minus all the dual lands (shocklands and Woodland Cemetery) and Deathrite Shamans (all the other spells are very inexpensive).
Without shocklands, Arbor Elf is a trickier proposition, but you might be able to get away with something like this:
Craterhoof Behemoth, Thalia, and Silverblade Paladin have all really gone up in price lately, so I've removed them from the decks.
Also, thanks for all the kind words everyone.
Yeah I was just about to say that Hoofs now cost about 15 a piece!
What is a good replacement for them in a Junk Reanimator deck? I currently have Elderscale Wurm to replace him

You might try Moldegraf Monstrosity. He can return other creatures if he dies.
i feel like i need to repost this list here
in my local meta, Junk reanimator was popular as Seance deck. its cheap, powerful and sometimes can do really cool tricks.
Idea is to fill your graveyard with etb guys or tusks, Make the SPIRIT hasty seance TOKEN and populate it.
you should check this out.
RoaKel, look at the post just before yours. Moldegraf Monstrosity is a possibility if you aren't running Angel with humans. Lingering Souls is probably also a worthy inclusion in most builds, even if it's not a reanimation target.
Either of these decks can be had for around $30 or less. Classic draw-go. You can save more money by substituting Devastation Tides for the Supreme Verdicts and not running Detention Spheres but rather Oblivion Rings. Without Supreme Verdict and Detention Sphere the price drops to $10-15 bucks.
I'm also considering a red splash for Izzet Charm.
How would this decklist compare to one that uses lightning mauler and hellrider? I saw the stonewright and hound together as a good idea.
It's pretty similar, although I think that Lightning Mauler is going to be better than Shred Freak most of the time, especially if you don't have Hellrider (you can pair Hound with Lightning Mauler).
Stonewright plus first strikers are really good. People have been playing around with Hound for quite awhile. It's good, just arguably worse than Hellrider.

I ordered the deck. I got it because RDW seemed the most competitive in my price range. I have Rakdos Shred Freaks and Stonewrights so I will test with both.
Much thanks for your budget decks. I play on MTGO's beginner's section, since I'm new. Your decks are a God-send, as I can't afford to spend much. So far, I've played your all-commons Mono Green Aggro and RDW.
Mono Green Aggro
Lost 9 games out of 10, got mana-flooded a lot, though I could often force the game out to 15+ turns before my opponent could kill me. Most of my opponents managed to play more creatures than me, or play stronger creatures than me. I could not get my creatures through, in the long run. Prey Upon just doesn't get the job done, and I could never get enough Giant Growth and Titanic Growth spells in hand to do enough good.
Orchard Spirit is pretty decent, but opponents usually kill it fast. Many opponents have fliers, and just block to kill it. Trusted Forcemage is also decent, but is another prime target besides Orchard Spirit.
Darkthicket Wolf is a decent 2-drop, but I could never pay the 3-cc for his +2/+2 pump. He is rarely around when I get mana-flooded, but is always around when I'm mana-screwed Ambush Viper is an under-performer. I tried to use its Flash ability to cast it and use it as a surprise blocker during the declare blockers and cast instants step, but MTGO wouldn't let me do it. At only 1-toughness, opponents weren't scared when I attacked. They just block it with a 1/1 creature.
I'm not quite complaining, though if you could suggest some effective changes to your decklist, I would be quite happy to try them out.
RDW
I've gone 5-0 so far. Mostly killed my opponents by turn 10, if not earlier.
Played my creatures whenever possible. Burned opponent's creatures to clear the way for my own attack. Beat him down. Rinse and repeat. Nice, straightforward and effective.
I'll try to upgrade this deck to the no-rares version next month.
Once again, much thanks for helping me enjoy MTG without burning a hole in my pocket.
There's probably not too much you can do with the all-common mono-green aggro deck.
At the only common level, an aggro deck without burn is going to be inherently weak and I wouldn't recommend playing it, but I wanted to offer a diversity of decks, rather than just say, "RDW is okay, the other colors with only commons are subpar."
Green only has combat tricks at its disposal, and the common green creatures, as you have found are quite lacking. It's hard to defend against removal and the pump effects play into bad situations too easily.
If I were you, I'd work on the RDW as RDW is one of the most viable decks, and it's far easier to make a version that can win on a budget than any other deck at the moment.
If you must play green, at this point, with RTR out, you should consider including white, as it will let you play with better creatures like Centaur Healer and white will allow you to play with creature removal.
I put together many of those decks prior to RTR and added cards from RTR, but I'll admit I tend to focus on the non-chase rare decks first, then the no-rare decks next, and the all commons decks last, so these decklists may be out of date at this point. I'll try to revisit them if I have time.

On MTGO's beginner's corner, I face flying creatures quite often. Taking out some creatures to put in Plummet to supplement Prey Upon may provide interesting results. For aggressive play, where we get a lot of our creatures killed in combat, Wreath of Geists seems interesting. Nowhere near as good as Rancor, but cheap.

Your all commons RDW is pretty good. I played another 5 games today, going 3-2. The two losses were against more expensive decks, and I mainly lost because I screwed up.

Anyone working on a Junk Reanimator version? I'd LOVE to try that out.
Do you mean anyone that is currently playing it? Because there is a list for that in the main post:
4 Avacyn's Pilgrim
4 Borderland Ranger
4 Champion of Lambholt
4 Geist-Honored Monk
4 Angel of Glory's Rise
4 Mulch
4 Unburial Rites
4 Grisly Salvage
4 Selesnya Guildgate
4 Sunpetal Grove
2 Evolving Wilds
2 Swamp
5 Forest
3 Plains
4 Tormod's Crypt
3 Pithing Needle
4 Appetite for Brains
4 Ray of Revelation
RRRR mono red aggro
GWGW selesnya aggro
Without shocklands, Arbor Elf is a trickier proposition, but you might be able to get away with something like this:
4 Avacyn's Pilgrim

12 Forest

Then again, I did buy Thragtusks and Thundermaw Hellkites when they were $10, so you win some and lose some.

4 arbor elf
0-4 centaur healer ( depends on your meta)
4 mulch
4 grisly salvage
its like a core for this variant.add fattties/tusks, disciple of bolas, fiend hunters - you can customise this deck, like B,Pod!
also, which budget fatties can i play here?tusks and even armada wurm are cool, but out of my range(((
Indeed. Well, I feel like I should avoid putting mythic rares in any deck. If they're ever discovered, they shoot up past $10 very quickly.
4 Lone Revenant
Draw
4 Azorius Charm
2 Divnation
4 Think Twice
Counter
4 Syncopate
4 Dissipate
2 Essence Scatter
2 Negate
2 Rewind
4 Supreme Verdict
4 Oblivion Ring
Lands
4 Azorius Guildgate
4 Evolving Wilds
6 Plains
10 Island
I was thinking about putting something like this together to get started in Standard again.
Cards I'm considering:
Devastation Tide
Divine Reckoning
Sphinx of Uthuun
I should also try and squeeze in Detention Sphere.
Maybe something like:
2 Sphinx of Uthuun
4 Azorius Charm
4 Think Twice
2 Diviniation
3 Dissipate
2 Rewind
4 Supreme Verdict
1 Devastation Tide
4 Detention Sphere
1 Oblivion Ring
4 Evolving Wilds
6 Plains
11 Island

3 Stonewright

4 Ash Zealot
4 Gore-House Chainwalker
3 Hound of Griselbrand
4 Pillar of Flame
4 Brimstone Volley

No problem.
it's playable in the RB aggro deck...as a sideboard card, it's good against the aggro mirror.

Sorry to bother you, but the sideboard for UWR Control and Bant Control are both missing 1 card.
