I was hoping that there was a little more content with regards to Arena Bo1 here, but I guess not. I wouldn't say I'm a great (and sometimes not even good) Magic player, but Arena, with the quick games, has gotten me practiced with certain aspects of my game. Things like when and how aggressively to mulligan, when to concede, and remembering combos have really improved in my game.
I haven't spent any real money in Arena, and have only improved my deck via spending in-game earnings. My favourite deck right now is:
Okay, that was tougher than I thought, making the cuts, phew. Thrashing brontadon is good still because it kills embercleave so if you keep losing to it put it back in. There is plenty of great 2 mana creatures that care about +1/+1 counters and creature size like Nessian Hornbeetle and Drowsing Tyrannodon and scavenging ooze (if you need grave hate). I still like Nylea it is just that I put in a lot of multiple green cards and the mana cost reduction is less, but you can easily make her a creature this way.

4x Rabid Bite
4x Ram Through
4x Wildborn Preserver
2x Lovestruck Beast
1x Sporeweb Weaver
3x Thrashing Brontodon
3x Arasta of the Endless Web
2x Nylea, Keen-Eyed
4x Questing Beast
2x Renata Called to the Hunt
4x Elder Gargaroth
23x Forest
It's time for the Sporeweb Weaver to go, and I'm wavering on the Lovestruck Beast. Most of the rest I really like, but I'm wondering if there's a good deathtouch creature that can be inserted that can help instakill with Rabid Bite and Ram Through. Thoughts? My last upgrade was completing the Elder Gargaroth playset and upping Nylea, Keen-Eyed at the expense of an Arasta of the Endless Web, which has been a good change.

Now looking at your deck basically playing an archetype called stompy. Where you just have undercosted creatures (more power than mana cost)
4x Swarm Shambler
4x Ram Through
4x Wildborn Preserver
3x Syr Faren, the Hengehammer
3x Lovestruck Beast
4x Kazandu Mammoth
3x Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig
4x Questing Beast
3x Renata Called to the Hunt
4x Elder Gargaroth
20x Forest
