Did Wizards just hire a bunch of blue players to be on R&D? Or maybe the walls in the R&D office are painted blue (and maybe highlighted red and green). But I can guarantee those walls are not black and or white. Blue is everywhere in arena. It must be in 90% of decks I run into. Blue aggro, blue combo, blue control blue midrange. Blue Blue Blue Blue Blue Blue. Blue magic is just CANCER. Blue players get to play whenever they want and have to commit nothing to the board. Why is Orzhov even a guild on Ravnica? It's completely worthless. Blue mixed with any other color in the wheel just does whatever the f*** it wants. Why is diabolic edict considered too strong of a card to reprint but Counterspell isn't. I know technically wizard's retort costs three mana, but lets be real here there a wizard on every street corner in Ravnica and that card is never payed full price for. Why is Sign in Blood considered too strong of a card? Blue, Red and Green all have insane card draw in standard. Why does black and white not get "this card can't be countered"? With the exception of Chromium, the Mutable, which is technically a Blue card, every other color in the wheel has a card in standard that can't be countered. Why? Because reasons. Please WoTC some players do not enjoy blue magic.
Blue is solid but far from overpowered in Standard. Mono White Aggro, Burn, and Rakdos Midrange are top decks that don't play blue. Sultai, Esper Midrange, and Gates don't even play counterspells in the mainboard.
Quite frankly, just learn to play against blue. It's not hard, it just requires more thought to play against. New or casual players love to think blue is too good, because (1) their deck is inconsistent/slow and control decks prey on that, and (2) they play into counterspells too easily.

Standard doesnt have a blue aggro deck. The deck that just won the MC is a tempo deck and its not without its faults and poor matchups, just like any other deck

Playing the game for a long time makes complaining about such a basic fundamental of the game much more annoying, not to mention blue is so much weaker compared to in the 90s.
Aggro beats control. Midrange although weak to control wins by either have haste threats or can grind just as long as control. Green has hexproof/uncounterable/card advantage. White has protection/indestructible and cheap beaters/taxers. Red has burn and haste. Black has discard and card advantage. From your original post it seems like you're playing BW, which needs to strive by grinding out against blue. You have access to cards like Dawn of Hope, Karn, and Treasure Map for card draw. You have tons of removals in Vraska's Contempt and Ixalan's Binding (which will cripple them if you target their Teferi). You have effective wincons in Dawn of Hope again, Eldest Reborn, History of Benalia, etc. You have Duress to target their hand. I could name more tools but it really all depends on the deck type. BW has all the tools, USE THEM.

Not Every Blue deck can do all of those things.
Blue Tempo has an inherent fail rate, The Izzet Decks Draw a load of cards yes but they fill the deck with Churn so they don't have as many control aspects and The Esper control doesn't have that many Draw effects or Win Conditions, saying "Blue does everything" is really simplifying the format.
I feel its more "its too easy to add blue to Orzhov" rather than "Orzhov does nothing". Been playing a ton of esper control and that deck feels heavily BW and runs blue because Teferi and the presence of such a strong manabase.

It happens, the standard meta just sort of rotates around the most powerful cards available. There were times when white had the best everything or black or green or most recently Red.
If you want to play a BW deck that has a very easy time against U Tempo, I'd suggest my Orzhov Menagerie. It packs lots of non-targeted disruption and can keep up the late game grind.
As for the "Blue magic is cancer" part of your rant, just don't. Counter magic may seem miserable to play against, especially for inexperienced players, but it's just all about patience and timing. If you just mindlessly play out your most relevant spells into untapped blue lands, maybe it's time for some practice.
Saying you've played since the mid '90s doesn't do anything to help your argument ( for the record I've played since '98 myself, since that seems to matter to you). If anything, you should have learned how to play against blue cards in all that time, so in my opinion you probably aren't playing correctly in a lot of your matchups. It isn't really like the archetypes you're complaining about play all that much differently than their historical analogues have, so a lot of the lessons you (should have) learned from playing back then are still relevant.
Just as there is a complicated strategy involved in playing around Wrath of God, you need to learn how to play against blue cards and in particular things like counterspells. For example, in this Standard format and the few directly preceding it, it is often correct to play into a counterspell when your opponent plays their fourth land and says go. You want this be a card they actively want to stop you from resolving so they don't just ignore it and EoT draw some cards; make them have to choose. You won't always be able to force their hand, but this is an example of a window of opportunity you have to apply pressure in a meaningful way. You might be able to cause them to miss land drops and have to play awkwardly for the next turn or two.
That's obviously just one scenario and there are many more to consider, but aside from that... play better decks and play better in general. I could sit here and write a novel about the things you can do that would be effective against me as a primarily blue-based control player, but I'll spare you from that. Just don't get mad that whatever brew you're working on is being bested by decks that have millions of hours of refinement invested in them by the majority of the player base. Blue is a very strong color and for most of Magic's existence that's been true, but it isn't unbeatable.

Basically they printed Teferi. He is the most powerful walker sense Chandra TOD. They then went out of their way to design Blue and White cards in Ravnica such that he would not get that much more powerful. In doing so they created a powerful monoblue aggro deck.

Blue does things that many different decks want. Some want to card draw, some want counters, some want combo pieces. Same with other colors but those tend to be more specialized. Black is the most generalized as you get it if u want good removal or discard or graveyard stuff. Green is much more narrow. Big strong creatures. White has good sideboard answers to artifacts or enchantments but is best as aggro with red. Outside of mono blue tempo decks most "blue" decks are also heavily other colors. Esper control is strongly black and white with blue for a few counters and draw
Arena is a very poor place to make any assumptions about what deck is actually good.
People just play whatever is cheap to get, easy to play.
The vast majority of people does not have the cards to build a constructed deck simply because they dont have the lands and/or miss a bunch of rares.
So the easiest solution to that problem is to play mono colored cheap decks full of commons and uncommons and just a handful of rares that are hopefully even for free as they come with some kind of deck.

And beside all that, people just want to grind some daily-quests and want to win as simple and quick as possible , so here again, they will opt to play decks that deliver.
So arena is particularly filled with mindless aggro decks in all kinds of variations.
Mono blue and Mono red , even Mono white are still somewhat reasonable decks in standard, so even with all restrictions to budget and ease of use, these decks are still competitive.
I find it amusing as I play blue a lot as it is one of the few decks I have on Arena. I refuse to put money into that stupid game because I had invested so much in Magic Online standard over the years. That said, mono blue has significant weaknesses against other aggro decks. It is primarily just a foil to the slower decks such as Esper Control, Reclamation, Guildgates, etc.
Its match against Mono Red in BO1 is iffy, and it is poor versus Mono White. I also feel like it will be poor in the new format because of the variety of relatively fast aggro decks that will now be able to attack from different angles with some of the new walkers. I've already run into some Bant token strategies that I cannot combat effectively.
Frankly, dare I say it, Magic, as a game, is not designed well enough to function as a BO1 format unless you enjoy the masochistic aspect of grinding for a few packs and hoping your luck holds up. There are too many "must answer" cards in the format these days and BO1 emphasizes it.
The problem is not the blue players its you. As a person who played other colors before playing blue I learned that you have to change your playstyle. Blue is not a cancer. You are just angry you cannot play anything. I run a white and blue deck currently with Folios and Rule of law. However Blue is not as strong as you think it is. I get beat down by red aggro decks and other combo decks that have no blue in it. I feel you are wrongly putting the color down without knowning what is going on . I have been playing since the 90's ive played all different type of colors and have plenty of decks that do not have blue in them. So for anyone to sit there and say blue is over powered but never plays blue is pretty much a cop out. Change the way you play learn from each blue player on how they play not all of us play the same way or take your cards and just go home

Color pie reasons. Red and green are the natural enemies of blue, so that's why they get specifically anti-blue effects like "can't be countered." Not every effect can go to every color or the color pie would be meaningless.

Uhm, since when? I never heard literally nobody saying this. They recently reprinted Diabolic Intent which is one of the best tutors of all times and any unconditional tutor is infinitely better to any random card draw, which black is king at.
I think your opinion (at least today) about blue is a bit too much biased.
