Well it's that time again, B&R upadates. With the way Standard is turning out, could we WOTC banning problematic cards in order to diversify the format? Also would you like to see WOTC restrict cards in Standard, like they do for other formats?

Please, no more Scarab God.

There are answers for all of these in Standard already, and none of them win the game automatically.

Absolutely NO reason to ban anything. Anyone clamoring for a ban is out of personal dislike of a card.

And lose all the goodwill they've managed to build up? No.

Why do you use the plural form? Only one format restricts cards, Vintage. And the only reason that works out is because there are so many broken cards that are restricted that everyone's guaranteed to draw several. No other format restricts cards, unless you count EDH/Commander, which doesn't really count because everything is restricted there, save basic lands.

It's actually pretty funny this is the first standard in a long time no one is screaming for a ban on something.

Given it's the start of a new format and we just lost a ton of cards, I think the last thing anyone wants is to lose even more options right now. If a banning is going to happen it will probably happen once Rivals is out and only if something like The Scarab God and Hazoret the Fervent has gone out of control.

Honestly it didn't take long for people to scream foul at Copter, Emrakul, Siege Rhino, Gary, Thragtusk, etc. It took another month for people to cry about Marvel, Gideon, and Coco though, but nothing in Standard looks to be the same strength as them.

No changes in all formats...GOOD!

I would ban Approach of the Second Sun, its uninteractive unless you are playing Blue and really doesn't require you to do anything special except getting to 7 mana, which isn't really difficult if you play a defensive deck.
