Would love to get some input on possible changes/upgrades for this deck. Its looking to land a medium to large creature on turn 2 via some interesting graveyard interactions. It plays like a weird aggro/combo deck. I'm up in the air on the mana base and it really doesn't have much interaction. Here is the list below.
Its looking to drop an Old Stickfingers or Fiend Artisan on turn 2 after dumping some creatures into the GY on turn one with Supplier. It can also drop a Sprout turn 1 and with a little luck swing as a 3/3 on turn 2 if you can dump 2 of the X creature via casting them for free. They also can be cast mid to late game as well.
I've been playing a budget version with Molderhulk that can be fun at times. Briefly considered Nemesis of Mortals as well. It just seems I need to be able to dump a few more creatures into the GY with another creature that triggers like Mire Triton. Don't know if 2 Undead Butler could fit the bill or not.
Suggestions are welcome. Had some fun playing it today, but it seems weak to Lotus Combo and UW Control and some aggro decks as well.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)

Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Castle Locthwain seems like a good 3-4 of as a much-needed midgame mana sink. The new Reclusive Taxidermist can be a beater when you're milling properly and can pump mana into your X creatures when you aren't, so maybe it's actually pretty good to have some amount of them.

Thanks. I will definitely add 1 possibly 2 Castle Locthwain in the list. My swamp count feels low even with 2 Urborg and I wouldn't feel comfortable at 3 or 4. I actually did think about Taxidermist. Thanks for the mention of it. I will consider.

1) Why Urborg? You're not playing any colorless lands (except in the sideboard) and the cards don't have especially restrictive requirements (all B or G, no BB or GG, no BBB). Could just be a couple of additional Swamps to make sure your Castle comes in untapped.
2) Are you wedded to Lurrus? Lurrus is amazing but especially in decks where it's essentially free (burn, sacrifice, etc., where you're not really looking to run 3 mana permanents anyway). There's a ton of great stuff for your deck that you could play if you didn't have the Lurrus restriction, and you don't gain a ton from having Lurrus as opposed to running a couple copies of Call of the Death-Dweller, or even freer, Agadeem's Awakening. I don't know. Maybe Lurrus is worth it but doesn't seem like there's a huge payoff for your deck.
Just some thoughts. I love Golgari self-mill, so awesome deck!
2. I will think about W Cemetary. Again its the swamp/forest count that may keep me away from it. I have actually thought about Mana Confluence.
3. I could sneak a Field of Ruin in there. Not sure about two.
Chamber Sentry is an X creature that can be cast at 0 immediately dies and fills the graveyard with a creature at no cost. Its basically Serpent/Ballista 9 and 10. I do side them out quite frequently and they could be replaced with something else. That is a possibility.
Spells that aren't creatures (other than the minimal 5 removal package) are really off limits. Its trying to land a BIG Stickfingers or Artisan on Turn 2 and swing with them hopefully even bigger on turn 3. Its almost an aggro deck.
Lurrus lets you cast Stickfingers or Artisan that gets dumped inadvertently into the GY or recast creatures that could potentially dump more creatures into the GY.
What the deck lacks (among other things) is evasion in the form of trample or flying. Big 6/6's or 8/8's can be chumped and removed all day. I am actually pondering dropping the 2 Chamber Sentries (and possibly Lurrus) for 2 Master Symmetrist or even Temur Charger that could give the big X/X dudes trample. Just a thought. 2 of almost doesn't seem worth it.
Thanks for the input, I will take it under consideration for sure.
PS: You have got me thinking about adding in another angle as another potential win-con. Go wide. Ghoulcaller's Harvest could potentially spawn 4 or 5 2/2 Zombies and it has Flashback which is vitally important. I may try it as a 2 of. Just a thought.
PPS: Another potential angle or win-con. Albeit slower but potentially game ending if unchecked. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord His activated ability could end a board stalemate. Another thought.
Update: Jarad is in. He actually snuck out a win vs. Izzet Phoenix with a stalled board state with his sac activation on a big Fiend Artisan. So Lurrus is now out as well.

2) Why Snarls over, say, Woodland Cemetery or Darkbore Pathway // Slitherbore Pathway? I'm not a fan of the Snarls.
3) With your color requirements, you could probably stand to play the Field of Ruins main and free up a couple sideboard slots.
Other:
1) Is Chamber Sentry a budget Walking Ballista or am I missing something?
