Had someone play this against me in the tournament practice room. It was pretty janky, they were running Eldrazi Sky Spawner and basically every mill card you could imagine. I took the parts I liked about it and streamlined it a bit.
The basic strategy is to play somewhat of a Midrange deck, but with a bit of mill thrown in to fight control decks and to activate Phantasm for very fast kills. We have Pilfered Plans, Thought Scour and Psychic Strike as basic draw and counters that also enable the strategy more naturally.
This list is completely untested. Has it got game?
Sorry I didn't post it, I moved over to Discord mostly, and have been playing a lot of legacy. The side is transformational, you swap out geist and angler for phantasm and wight when against angler decks.
I think you are playing too much mill and draw there. Card draw is for decks that aren't playing 1 mana 5/5s and 2 mana 8/8s. UB has the best creatures in the game, we just need to keep them from getting killed for a few rounds.
