the card itself really isn't worth the card board its printed on...does it serve a purpose? Sure its a blue 1 drop that might not be a 1/1. I would not put it in a list and expect to win a PTQ or GP though.
Seems like that cost is really high for this deck, plus reclaim lets you grab daze, snap, another fetch or whatever else you might need at the moment. Just a thought. I'm messing with a U/G version and a R/U/G version but i'm having trouble getting the mana fixing right. Want to leave my decks here and see what others think.

If you're in a position where you want to recur threats from your graveyard, three mana actually isn't that high. Also Daze, Snap, and fetches are not "threats," which is the thing you said you wanted Relcaim to recur anyway.
I agree that Pulse is bad, I just don't think it's as bad as Reclaim. If you find yourself wanting additional late-game threats in some matchups, better just to play more threats. There's no shortage of viable options between Delver, Mongoose, Mandrills, and Werebear.
But I haven't even found that scenario to pop up often. When it does, I'd rather have something like Gush to draw into new threats than a less efficient card to recur a lost one.

Went 3-1 with this yesterday. I lost to Mono Black in 2 games that were relatively close. He cast 2 tendrils each game to get him over a lethal attack the next turn. I'm thinking of adding 4x Counterspell to the sideboard vs this matchup.
Some notes:
4x Vapor Snag is the nuts
13x Land 4x Land Grant felt good all night, still going to go up to 14x Land with 4 Land Grant.
I'm still up in the air on the 4x Memory Lapse slot vs Mana Leak
Is Snap needed in the mainboard on top of Vapor snag?
Anyone with changes to their lists I'd love to see some input, here's what I ran:
I've eschewed Land Grant entirely and added 2 more lands up to 18, and a couple Gitaxian Probe in the slots that were freed as the replacement for the free Threshold fodder. Digging one more card for free on top of increased land count and 8 cantrips softens up the blow of not directly looking for a Forest with Land Grant, and having info on the opponent's hand instead of the opponent having info on yours turns up to be good. Here's the list I plan on running at FNM next Friday:
The deck has been functioning significantly better in playtesting, as Probing an opponent not only draws you a card for free and fills the yard for Thresh, but also gives you info on your opponent's hand which is a very underestimated effect. Knowing what your opponent has means you can better manage your resources to deal with their threats, and Memory Lapse also works pretty good at time-walking them for a turn.
We're almost a card-per-card copy of the Legacy RUG deck, only with a slower manabase and no FoWs, but in exchange we have Gush which is a card so powerful it's banned in Legacy, and since I already plan on running so many fetchlands anyways in order to fill the Thresh quota and provide shuffle for Brainstorm and Ponder, the Red splash doesn't hurt at all.
If anything, I'd go 2 Mountain / 2 Forest due to the SB containing so many Red cards. I don't like only 1 forest because the possibility of a T1 Nimble Mongoose if you don't have anything else to do is pretty enticing, specially when you consider that there's nothing most of decks can do besides countering it.
What do we think about Grapple with the Past? It's a middle point between Reclaim and Pulse of Murasa and if you guys were considering the latter then surely you don't mind a better card for less mana? It digs 3 cards deep like Ponder / Brainstorm, gives +3 to Thresh, can dig for a threat or a land, recur a dead critter and bring back used fetches to shuffle / fix mana. It also sends to the bin the chaff that you leave on top with Brainstorm and Ponder and can be curved from a t1 Nimble Mongoose. I'll certainly test 2-3 copies of it.

I actually think it might have a home in this deck. I'm certain we don't want 4, but 2 might be a good starting point for testing.
With all the graveyard hate that Pauper has since UB Teachings or Angler Delver, how do you think it´s going to affect this deck?
Your opponent only has to resolve a Relic of Progenitus and wait till you dare to attack and then just make your dudes miserable 1/1s.
On the other hand, how does this deck perform against decks that go wide? Things like tokens/elfs/goblins, they can chumpblock for days.
I thought most of the hate was from drake. that card is everywhere lately. Teachings can often power through gy hate if it wants to, and angler's been around for a while. Gy hate is an issue for the deck, which is why some people play hooting mandrills. If they are keeping relic up to kill threshold, you can cast a mandrills making it more difficult for them to use relic. Edit: typos.
What do we think about Otherwordly Outburst in the Red versions? It counters removal spells, even Edicts, for 1 mere mana, and it makes managing X/4s and X/5s a lot easier since we can grow a creature a bit to trade and then get a 3/2 for 1 mana. It can't target Nimble Mongoose, but it's already protected against removal. Plus it has great synergy with Grapple with the Past. Since we only run 8-10 targetable creatures and Red is the splash color maybe we should start with just 2?
interesting build. I like the counterspell mb, but i'm surprised there is only two gush. Rune snag is also very interesting as well. It's quite different, but I like the direction.
Always fun to see a new archetype break through! Now, can we make this a repeat...

Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!
Both lists seem almost identical and copypasted except for some minor differences.
With Eldritch Moon out I would swap Mental Note for Grapple with the Past. Sure it costs 1 mana more but it lets us choose what card we "draw" or recur fetches and creatures. Plus it allows us to trim a land.
The following link is an invitation to join Pucatrade (card trading service though similar to TCGPLayer). If you follow the link then it awards me with tokens to exchange for actual cards. Thanks! https://pucatrade.com/invite/gift/86097
This deck is a bomb but Elves is a bad match up.. at least for me!
What to side in vs them? Fade away?
If you are on the UG version, I'm not quite sure honestly. If you're on the RUG version, SB electrickery helps out quite a bit. Edit: sandstorm might help if you can set it up.

Hey guys, I've mostly been playing RUG Delver, but I was curious if you guys think a BUG version would work at all? We'd have access to the same threats as with RUG (Delver, Mongoose and Werebear), but would also be able to play Gurmag Angler or Putrid Leech if we wanted to, as well as more removal to keep opposing creatures out of the way, instead of finishing the enemy with burn. Thoughts?

Loved the deck configuration without Land Grants. Why dont you go the 1 forest/1 mountain route though? Seems its just enough

This is not a problem since you can run Electrickery.
