Maybe they used to. Got a list? I can't really see why you'd run Cloak now though. It's definitely not for pumping. It's probably not for Trample because by the time you get wide enough, you're big enough to kill potential blockers and then easily push damage through the next turn (I'd sooner run Rancor if I wanted Trample). OTOH if you're not wide enough, you're not big enough to worry about getting chumped and "wasting" damage. So 3 mana for lifelink? It doesn't add up.
Would be great if any of the pilots could post a report about their play (what decks they faced, how they sideboarded, features of the match). Great job!
Sup dudes. Since the printing of Ash Barrens, we've found the perfect substitute for fetches in this deck (Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse really suck in aggro decks). It can tap for colorless the turn it comes in, and it can also find that color needed. Combo them with 4 Abundant Growth to fix your mana without losing card advantage, no worries.
I've been toying around with Naya Slivers with a pretty decent success:
Gemhide Sliver combo'd with Heart Sliver is ridiculous. You can dump your hand as soon as you can resolve both this dudes. It really speeds up the pace and the aggression, since your Lords can come down faster and attack the turn they're cast. This list has some ridiculous Affinity-like hands where you dump your whole hand in turn 3, and can swing with 5 4/4 Slivers the next turn.
Since you need some deck space to fix your mana and speed up things, this list lacks a little bit in protection. Apostle's Blessing was the best fit for that space, since you can cast it off any land. Extra protection comes from the board, if necessary.
Give this list a spin and tell me what you think. I'd appreciate some feedback.
Second Place Finish in Pauper Classic Tuesdays Tournament - 28 Feb 2017
Here is a link to results of last night's tournament. Slivers deck finished 2nd in the 40 player event. Also can see the decks it beat. A different use of flex spots than seen of late on MTGO. Congrats to pilot TheloniteDruid!
Yeah my casual Naya brew is along the lines of what you're saying, and really fun. First striking Hunter Slivers are scary. Three color pauper manabases are not exactly great though.

I have to agree that 3 colors in Pauper is not great - I have played Naya, Bant and Abzan Slivers in pauper (you can see some deck lists for these colors in the Primer Section), and when they work they are great, but making colors is tough. I think I have the most fun with Naya.
Hey all! I'm a long time Slivers fan and have always wanted to play. I decided to go with Slivers for my first deck I play in Pauper! This is my current list:
I've only played one game with it so far. Played Affinity and got destroyed. I feel like I need to get ahold of some copies of Commune with Nature. Can any of you give a new Sliver player some advice?
I am playing one of the winning lists here. I just bought into MTGO a week ago with G/W Slivers in preperation to buying Modern and possibly legacy slivers.
This is what I have been playing in Pauper. It is stolen from a winning list. I am unsure though how to sideboard each match. I have currently played and beat Kordotha Boros, White Wheenie, a Tron deck, a Bogles deck, Acid Trip, and maybe a couple others that I can remember. I lost against a Sporefrog combo, Grond Combo, UR Delver, a Ponza deck, and i think a few others.
I am mostly playing in the Tournament Practice room.
I am looking for tips especially for sideboarding and whether or not this is the right sideboard.
Lead the Stampede is a COMMON in Iconic Masters. Welcome to Sliver value town!!!!!!!!!!!
We just got a damn good card for the deck that I will be instantly playing! It replaces commune with nature and possibly Hive Stirrings and is possibly a 4 of.
I dunno, 3 is a lot for me (I don't use Gemhide and have no other acceleration). I'm currently on Commune with Nature, and two extra mana for an average of one extra card (in my list) is only par, not amazing. I'd probably do it if it were an Instant, but I'm going to hold off for now. Downgrades are always good though, so I'm happy to hear about it!
I've recently gotten into paper pauper along with a swath of locals. I have been running a RG sliver list with so far good results. I have my list linked in my signature.
This past Saturday I took second in our first paper pauper event. Defeated mono black 2-1, mono blue delver 2-1, and lost to affinity 0-2 in the finals.
The best Slivers list I've played so far (and I play Slivers in Pauper for 4 years now). Naya with a light Red Splash, good manafixing, no tapped lands. Pretty fast affinity-like hands with Gemhide + Heart combo. Lead the Stampede usually draws 3 cards with 31 creatures. Deck's great, you should give it a spin and see it for yourselves.
