First: Will one sacrifice trigger multiple copies of Falkenrath Torturer if more than one is in play?
Second: If I sacrifice Corpse Hauler using its ability, putting a creature from the graveyard in my hand, will that sacrifice trigger Falkenrath Torturer?
Also, apparently I typed the title too quickly and misspelled the card name, sorry... Fixed. -MadMage
No and no. The root of this answer is the fact that Falkenrath Torturer has what's called an activated ability. This is any ability that starts with a cost and a colon (the : symbol). To use the ability you pay the cost, and put the ability on the stack; paying the same cost doesn't activate more than one instance of that ability, nor can you pay the same cost to activate two abilities twice at the same time. So if you sacrifice Corpse Hauler to the Torturer, you won't have it available to sacrifice to its own activated ability, because there's only one of it.
Think of activated abilities as a vending machine. You pay a cost to get a snack out, but you only get one specific snack per cost paid. You can't pay $1.25 for a Snickers and expect to get two Snickers or a Snickers and a Milky Way.

Thank you. I was pretty sure the multiple copies wouldn’t work, but wasn’t sure if there was a way to use the stack to have corpse hauler count as a trigger. Like initiating torturer first or hauler first. Thanks again for the quick reply. This was my first post and I’m building a pauper deck, so I came to this forum. Thank you for letting me know about the rules forum.

As Void_Nothing pointed out, both these creatures have activated abilities, which you obviously confused with triggered abilities.

Activated abilities are covered by rule 602.
Triggered abilities are covered by rule 603.
To further clarify, triggered abilities generally begin with "when", "if", "at", "whenever", or some similar. (Or ones like extort where it's in the reminder text.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

"If" is definitively NOT an indicator of a triggered ability. If anyhing, it may at times be an indicator of a static ability creating a replacement effect. Though in that case it's usually in conjuction with "instead".
