While I applaud your desire to do something different in the format I'm having trouble seeing exactly how your current build is going to win consistently. You seem to have very little going on in the way of disruption, and even less in terms of defence. I doubt this deck can consistently mill 53 of the opponent's cards before the aggro deck has done 20 damage or the combo deck has assembled its win. Running 65 cards is always optimal.
I'd definitely look into running a more focused list. I'd scrap any mill card that doesn't mill at least five cards, either at once or over multiple iterations. I'd add creatures like Jace's Phantasm and Wight of Precinct Six, which synergize with the deck's overall goal and provide significant bodies on both offence and defence. Augur of Bolas both allows you to dig for spells you need and provides another (mostly defensive) body.
For mill spells, you missed Shriekhorn. It mills more than most of your spells and disrupts the tops of libraries of blue players.
Mnemonic Wall and/or Archaeomancer will also do great things for your deck, getting back key spells and interacting with the board. Getting back a Darkness at the key moment is pretty important.
Constant sources of Mill like Curse of the Bloody Tome and Jace's Erasure probably belong in the maindeck, since they will end up doing more milling than any other single card would.
Mystical Teachings might be a good fit here, since it will fetch any component you need: Darkness, a removal spell, a mill spell, a counter, etc.

What about Dream Twist, it only mills 3 and has flashback for 1U.

That's what I meant by 'over multiple iterations.' As for your other question, I'd pick Jace's Erasure, as it's less reliable on what your opponent will do.

I would cut Memory Sluice and Compelling Argument for starters. Replacing them with card advantage creatures like Augur of Bolas and Sea Gate Oracle will get you a long way, since they will block well and get you your mill cards.
