I have always loved the fast brutal strategies that come with playing Slivers. With M14 releasing many new Slivers I want to bring them to a different format. Namely one I am not used to. Transitioning the creatures was the easy part but the mana is throwing me a curve ball. Any suggestions?

Running three mana in Pauper is going to be somewhat difficult. It will slow the inherent speed and massing ability of Slivers a bit. I don't really see a way to get around it other then using Lotus Petal, Naya Panorama, or the traditional Terramorphic Expanse/Evolving Wilds.
GW has been more a more successful combination, historically.
I think 3 colours is feasible, with Terramorphic Expanses and such. You just need to determine which colour is the "splash". The problem here is that the good red Slivers cost 1 mana and you want to play them first, but GW takes up most of the deck, which makes it difficult to balance correctly. Gemhide Sliver becomes important to include in a deck like this.
There was a Sliver thread that I posted a while ago with some tri-colour lists in it I think, you could check it out.
Reflex Sliver can be a hasty finisher, although again might be too expensive mana-wise.
In addition to that you have some of the best pump and protection spells with white and green.
I really like Dawn Charm as it works both, against creature and spell-based decks.
Evolution Charm can push through the last damage/poison, or return an important sliver.
Hallow is a very good sideboard option against Red decks as well as Black decks running Corrupt or Consume Spirit. Also remember that it works against creature spells, too! So casting hallow on a hasty creature spell (or against a deck that you know/feel will grant haste after the creature spell resolves) just hallow it!

Are you sure you want to play three colors?

You can specialise the deck against creature-heavy decks:
Spinneret Sliver
Talon Sliver
Sidewinder Sliver
Sentinel Sliver
Watcher Sliver
Or for Survival:
Plated Sliver
Poultice Sliver
Lymph Sliver [too expensive mana-wise, although the effect is very strong]
Gemhide Sliver is ramp
Quick Sliver is really nice, too.
Reflex Sliver can be a hasty finisher, although again might be too expensive mana-wise.

Might of the Masses and Sigil Blessing can also really shine in this deck.
There are of course a ton more good cards that can be played here
