I built the following for Archenemy games, but have successfully piloted this deck in multiplayer games without the help of schemes. It is unlikely to work in a duel, but that wouldn't stop me from trying.
The strategy is to take advantage of the high CMC of dragons via Kaboom!. Swinging for many also works.
Yes, it can be wildly inconsistent and is larger than 60 cards, but for building from what was on hand - and my meta - it works fairly well. It has not been updated since before Scars block, but could benefit from Steel Dragon, at the very least. I might pick up Dragons v. Knights to loot the former deck, as well. A more thorough version would run scry options, if only Crystal Ball.
Cheers!
EDIT: You'll likely be wanting to see the schemes, so here is what I use, cobbled together from buying 3 of the 4 AE decks.
Draco is there solely to combo with Kaboom! - stacking the deck with a Scroll Rack is often a sign of impending doom that my opponents know well.
You'd think they'd start running more countermagic and artifact destruction!
Devouring dragons is an entirely different deck that I would be building in the future. As it stands, the Mogg Infestation is mostly to reduce the effectiveness of an opposing army.
Cheers!
