felt this was different enough from the other suspend r/u deck to deserve its own thread, i really like how Jhoira effects certain cards (especially deep-sea kraken) also i think playing riddle in a deck with 8 10 mana spells is funny as hell any ways, might not be the most competitive version but thats my first draft
Have you tried out Lotus Bloom? It seems like it could be a great boon in speeding out a threat if Johira gets countered/killed.
And if she doesnt, that gets you another suspend, or another 2 if you have one more mana you can tap.

I support WotC's goal of shaping Modern in favor of diversity.
I ran a thought experiment on my blog Modern in a Nuclear Wasteland
of an extreme case of banning 20 more cards to make sure they get everything, then scaling back where appropriate. WotC seems to be on a slowly build up approach. Both ways probably reach similar end points.
The post Gatecrash metagame is proving to be closer to the endpoint than I estimated, so its very possible that few (if any) more cards need to be banned.
Card choices
Jhoira: I went with a 4-of, because if you lose one in play, you can suspend a twin in response, in theory
Delay, Cancel: Countermagic
Fury Charm: Ideal in this deck: it can pull 2 counters off your Chronicler for 2 cards, or your Gargadon to get it out sooner without losing tempo, or to give Gargie trample for those last few points over a chumper. Also hoses those annoying artifacts
Foresee: Just good card draw
Trickbind/Nix: Specialized counters for storm/suspend decks
Rift Bolt: Not sure about this one, but if you need more removal. Possibly Sulfuric Blast?
Fortune Thief: Counter that aggro strategy.
Lightning Axe: Teferi hoses this deck hard. MD this?
Interested in seeing if anyone sees something I missed...
The best card you have to counter Teferi is...Teferi. And it helps that he is useful otherwise as well.
Another excellent card is Bogardin Hellkite.
The deck list is pretty tight, but I would definitely try to work in those two...probably 1 Teferi main and 3 side. And then Hellkites over the Gargadons.
From what I have tested, Lotus Bloom works better than the Prismatic Lens, but that may just be personal opinion. I just like to be able to cast some of the stuff should I not have a Jhoira.

I built a Jhoira decklist, though I haven't tested it (no Jhoira, LOL). I'm all about building decks on paper first, and it can sometimes take a while to test them.
They love and hate to see me walk through the door. I'm the man with the box, one to carry all his Standard cards with him. I've got the commons and uncommons they need. But I've also got my decks. If I walk into FNM, I came to play. And they never know what I'm gonna pull out of my hat next. I may lose more than I win, but it just might be THIS deck that has all the answers that they don't have answers for. They fear the unknown. They fear me. And they never see me coming!

With the right timing, Gargie can come down quickly against an empty board, saccing things to get it into play.
Maybe two of each?
Steal their Teferi, sac it to Gargadon, or sac things to bring your Gargy into play once you have Teferi, they cant respond, and swing for 12
