It looks like a pretty standard deck. Demonfire might be better than Disintegrate.
I am not sold on Fungal Reaches. this deck wants speedy lands.
I would consider Sporesower Thallid as an efficient beater.
I would also think about a sideboard for the deck.
It is kind of hard to rate a block deck since we just have the first set of the block and a meta is not established.
Sorry about the Demonfire thing. forgot this was block.
Anyway, the Sporesower Thallid is pretty strong. 4/4 for 4. And they only get better in multiples. Is there a specific reason you want the Riders or Dryad? You don't have much of a LD theme for the Riders (sure a little land disruption can help, but we don't know how much it will help in TS block). And the Dryad is mana acceleration, but you don't have a whole lot to accelerate into except for the Force or a very large Disintegrate.
I like the synergy with the Magus, Spectral Force, and Scryb Ranger.

I am looking for Date Stamped promos from Khans of Tarkir block so I can finish my set. Check my wants if you have any.
Currently offering 2 non-foil Kolighan's Command for a Date Stamped foil!
You need Wall of Roots. It's very good against WW and B/R Slivers, which are the two best aggro decks in the format at the moment. You also definitely want four Disintegrate. It's great against Sedge Sliver or a weenie with a Griffin Guide.
The plan is to keep control decks in check with land destruction supplemented with Thornscape Battlemage (to destroy their Prismatic Lens or totem) and build up enough mana to burn them out with Disintegrate or get a Hellkite into play. The sideboard is geared towards beating aggro, with Serrated Arrows as a generally good card and Fortune Thief specifically for WW. I might have to throw some Tormod's Crypts in the board if Reanimator becomes popular.
I have been playing plenty of online TSP and i have not yet seen anyone who really plays much discard. Dunno why you would sideboard 4 dodecopod. Was that supposed to be something else?
Slivers every now and again use mindslash sliver to power out fiery temper, but dodecopod is NOT what i would sideboard against slivers...
4 scryb ranger
4 Call of the herd
4 yavamaya dryad
4 avalanch riders
4 spectral force
4 rift bolt
4 stonewood invocation
4 sudden shock
2 disinigrate
4 teramorphic expanse
2 fungal reaches
8 mountains
8 forests
What do you think?
thanks Spiral

Here's a build I've been tinkering with:
1 Plains
1 Saltcrusted Steppe
2 Fungal Reaches
8 Forest
7 Mountain
4 Disintegrate
4 Prismatic Lens
4 Assault/Battery
3 Search for Tomorrow
4 Mwonvuli Acid-Moss
4 Call of the Herd
4 Avalanche Riders
3 Thornscape Battlemage
3 Bogardan Hellkite
4 Serrated Arrows
4 Dodecapod
3 Fortune Thief
1 Thornscape Battlemage
3 Krosan Grip
The plan is to keep control decks in check with land destruction supplemented with Thornscape Battlemage (to destroy their Prismatic Lens or totem) and build up enough mana to burn them out with Disintegrate or get a Hellkite into play.
