We, here at The Deck Spectrum, will build OR fix any deck from Casual to Standard, and from Sealed to Block Constructed. We have specialists for each format and everyone else might help out as well. You can use the banner above as a navigation to our other shops.

1) Please post in the correct forum. There will be a navigation at the bottom to all of the different shops.
2) Please use card and deck tags. It makes our lives a whole lot easier and will ultimately lead to your deck getting done quicker.
3) Don't be a nag. What we mean by this is: Please don't post stuff like "I posted my deck 2 days ago and it's not done yet", etc. We are doing our best. We have a list of all people in order they posted.

Decks for Building
1) Please provide a win condition either through a card or an action which would lead us to a card. (For example, you could say "I want to win with Maga, Traitor to Mortals" OR "I want to win by creating alot of tokens." (this would lead us to Scion of the Wild)

1) Please post the decklist using deck tags. If you are unfamilar with them, please visit here. Once you are familar, use them!
2) Tell us what you want to do with the deck. For example, I want to make a big Nantuko Husk and attack for the win. We need to know these things to make your deck the best it can be.
Essentially you want to win with a combination of creature ping (Niv + Gelectrode) and burn. Many of my choices are limited by my current card pool - I would like 4 Remands, 4 Compulsive Research, 2 Steam Vents (well, ideally 4, but I'm trying to get 2 of each guild now) and 2 Tibor and Lumia, I just don't have them. My biggest hopes are suggestions on how to funamentally make the deck more consistent/better. Thanks for any help.
Well, I am gonna build the deck to the best I can get it. Then, if you don't have the card base for everything, just tell me and I will fix it to what you have.

Well, what you want to do here is play lots of instants and sorcerys. There is a nice mana base, but with the expensive cards and "X" casters, I would personally take out the bounce lands (Izzet Boilerworks) for another Steam Vents and another Mountain.
Scorched Rusalka and Drowned Rusalka will help your cause. Drawing and quick damage. Add 2 each of them taking out Repeal and Gigadrowse. Replace the Complusive Research with Train of Thought.

Thanks for the ideas. I do have plenty of Rusalkas and will try adding a couple. The biggest problem is I want a control deck, but I dont have any sweepers (beyond Tibor and Lumia). I could splash for Savage Twister, but then it wouldn't be straight U/R. Kindle the Carnage maybe?
The boilerworks support a more-control style deck, I guess I just need more counters to protect my win condition (Niv). I do have a couple Leyline of Lightnings which were in some builds as extra damage per spell, but they are only really great if you open with them for free.
PS - My deck doesn't have anything in bold when I try to edit it. I did copy/paste it from another of my threads, so maybe something happened in the conversion?
Edit - Perhaps Steamcore Weird could give me some staying power and add to my ability to take down bigger threats?
I want a second opinion on this deck. I know it looks a bit random, but I cant put 4 of everything in, mostly because I am too young to get a job. I am going to buy a couple glimpse the unthinkables soon, but for now, Tunnel Vision has been working very well for me. I want to control the board, keep all of my opponents' creatures off the board with counters and removals, and counter all other spells until I can get my milling cards into play.
Here we go. Now if you don't have all these cards, just ignore me. But once you get them, this could be pretty good.
First of all, Take out Trial // Error , Perplex , Ribbons of Night, both Runeboggles and Stasis cell. You already have creature removal, so these are basically unneccessary. That leaves us 6 cards.
Add 3 more Muddle the Mixtures. Because, They can transmute for glimpse and thats good! Add another Induce Paranoia and this deck looks good. Plus the 2 Glimpses.
Here's an updated Decklist. I would sideboard 4 Dimir Infiltrators for sure. That way you can sub them out for Muddle the Mixtures if you are facing aggro or high creature decks since you already have a lot of counters.
Lands- Duskmantle is probably the best guild home land of all Ravnica, GP, and Dissension. Keep it and if you can get more, do it. As for Dimir Aqueduct, I would replace them with the signets instead.

This deck is really good right now and I compete in FNM with it. I do really well on occasion but I was wondering if there was anything you think I could do to better it.
The sideboard is usually T2 stuff added just for support (ie Sacred Ground and more). I really like this deck and it can be quick to kill almost any hand combination. One of my faves:
Turn 1: Green Source, Simic Initiate
Turn 2: Red Source, attack, Scab-Clan Mauler (grafted)
Turn 3: Land, Cloak the Mauler making him a 7/7 trampler...
I would almost sometimes consider that the optimum draw for me.
I'm not looking to completely rebuild this deck, just ideas for possible additions and stuff to take out.
Lol, sorry about that, what i am trying to do is make the deck overall better. Such as, am I forgeting any cards that pop out at you that I should add? Are there too many of one card or not enough of another? I am just looking for someone to overall review the deck.
Drop the Compulsive Research and Supply//Demand. Make a playset of windreavers. Drop a First-Wing and add another shielding plax. drop the suppresion fields because they will screw over your plan with windreaver. Drop the bouncelands as well. Add 3 Azorius Signets and 1 of each land.
You should be set.

Im trying to stay cheap. I can see easily throwing in 4 Stomping Grounds, 4 BTS and 4 Gian Solifuge and make this deck much better, but I dont wanna go that route. I'm thinking for a sideboard I could like switch the deck to UG in those matchups that play a bunch of targetted removal.
This is the latest version I've been working with. The weirds provide a more sturdy defense and some good creature burn (replaced 4x Gelectrode). Losing the 3x Repeals for 2x Convolute and 1x Runeboggle has also given me more permission - I can Remand on an early turn, then Convolute the next. If you have any more ideas against Aggro (seems to be my problem), I'd love to hear them. It plays excellent in multiplayer and decent in a control match-up.
