Unfortunately, TS doesn't allow for a whole lot of insightful play. You have them on the ropes by the end of T3-4 or they'll probably be able to swing the game in their favor.
Also, most importantly, your original deck has no inkmoth nexus, that's a fatal error in my experience. If you get board wiped by BSZ or elspeth or whatever, your moths can save the day.
Not enough land. As an experienced tempered steel player, I can tell you that getting land screwed is common enough with 22 land. Mainboard the two sideboarded inkmoth's. You need to have it.
I think 4 hex parasites is useless/overkill. You should never have a problem with planeswalkers or anything else with counters because you should be steamrolling before anything becomes a problem.
Same goes for the 3 Phyrexian revokers. I've never had any success with them in decks this fast. There's no need.
Creature package looks good, but if you're not going to mainboard 4 relic warders, you need to include them in the sideboard. Tempered steel is the most popular deck in block constructed due to its speed, ease of play and winning consistency, so those relic warders are extremely useful.
The sideboarded etched champs aren't really necessary either in my experience. If someone is single targeting your creatures, they'll probably be aiming for the blade splicer golems, the heros of bladehold, or else trying to knock out a glint hawk idol. The protection from colors doesn't protect you from black sun's zenith either, which is the biggest board clear threat outside of elspeth tirel's ultimate (doesn't save you from that, either).
The origin spellbombs, shrine of loyal legions and elspeth tirel are there for board clears. You pop them if you need them, or side them in if you're playing against board clears, then you pop them once they wipe the slate which enables you to stay in the game.

Thanks for all the information, learned a lot from it.
I now have this:
20 Plains
4 Inkmoth Nexus
Creature (21)
4 Hero of Bladehold
4 Memnite
4 Signal Pest
4 Vault Skirge
3 Leonin Relic-Warder
2 Blade Splicer
4 Glint Hawk Idol
2 Mox Opal
2 Origin Spellbomb
Enchantment (4)
4 Tempered Steel
Instant (3)
3 Dispatch
4 Revoke Existence
2 Origin Spellbomb
2 Shrine of Loyal Legions
2 Blade Splicer
2 Dismember
2 Elspeth Tirel
1 Leonin Relic-Warder
Playtest it, but I think 22 lands should be enough with the mox opals. I've won games with 2 land and 1 mox out.
That looks to be a competative list now.
