But i'd like to point out some of the things i would change.
- Entomber Exarch
4 of those is a little overkill, it's a good 4 Drop, but it's not THAT amazing to run 4 of them. I would go with 2.
- Oxidda Scrapmelter
Same as the exarch, 3 of the Scrapmelter would be optimal.
- Mycosynth Wellspring
With 8 Duals in the deck, i find the wellspring to be underwhelming as you don't need mana fixing that much.
- Slagstorm
4 is way too slow. It's a sorcery and if you want to have a shot at WW Tempered Steel, you need to cut down on those too.
- Color Combinaison
You have a lot of UU in the deck, and U is your lowest source of mana. The idea is to hit UU on turn 3 and BB on turn 4 if possible. So i would change the mana base.
I was playing Grixis before NPH, so with the addition, i would go with something like this!
Hi, I like steelhawks list. My only issue is the excess of UU, RR, BB spells. My feeling is that could be partially solved removing the commando and taking UU spells as mid to late game plays. Early game you want to be able to cast either a black sun or a slagstorm, or else steel has already killed you. While you want to keep your UU for sphinx or stoic.
I think the mycos are useful since they grant you more color fixing and let you get away with less lands, cleaning the deck in the process, etc. I would go 24 lands + 4 mycos or 27 lands. Anything less will result in missed land drops which is bad with this deck.
Will try and update my pre NPH decklist and post it later. Cheers

As for the sideboard, you can side one extra Black Sun's Zenith, Steel Sabotage, Stoic Rebuttal, Virulent Wounds ect.
Thanks for the advice. by the way, i dont have a lot of UU in the deck, my version is more on Red and Black, and blue is just a splash for Consecrated Sphinx. =) Red and Black seems stronger against Tempered Steel than Blue. Neurok Commando will only be blocked by Memnites against Tempered Steel, and Goblin Tokens against RDW (2nd on PT Nagoya).

Agree with airgaps, UU spells should be in mid or late game plays only. And we need to cast Slagstorm or Black Sun early. Thats why my list has 4 Slagstorms.
I think slagstorm plus arctrail is a bit of an overkill. I would play some go for the throat md since sphinx is popular also with so many tezze decks around, and has decent targets in other matchups(hero, glissa, pLadin, infect dudes, etc). Also is there any particular reason to run slagstorm over black sun? I realize that slagstorm can sweep anboard with steel online but it cannot kill a hero bladehold or a sworded paladin or, in the worst case scenario, cannot sweep vatmothers. Maybe woukd be good to run a split? - 1'slag - 4 arctrail + 3'gftt + 2 black sun?
About the sb plan. Would u mind elaborating abit on card choices? I understand wurmcoil, koth (somewhat) and into the core but the others i don't really get. Sry for the double post.
This is a very rough list I did based off of your guys and have been toying around with. The SB is kind of just extra stuff thrown together with only the commandos being definite.
