Hey Guys, First time posting on here.
Looking for some advice on my block constructed decks for next weeks block tourney at my local FNM I won the last block constructed tournament last month with this deck
You may also want to brush up on deck tags because you'll get a lot more responses if your decks are here in the forum rather than on a 3rd party site.

Results on MTGO obviously are different than the ones at your local store. Unless they post Intangible Virtue is banned in an hour or so, then you need to be able to handle tokens.
While I like self mill, I don't think its as powerful as before. I do like the spirit deck and I think it adapts easy to block even if it doesn't have the copy cards like standard.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
I have a question about (rule 2 on block constructed See below) the three or more tournament wins does that mean win 3 matches or actually all out win at least three tournaments?
2. The Competitive section is for proven decks only. You should only post decks in the competitive section that have three or more tournament wins in Competitive REL or higher tournaments or Daily/Premier MTGO events. Each thread should start with the correct thread tag.
A tournament win means the deck placed "in the money" so to speak at at least 3 seperate tournaments. The competitive section is for decks that have already proven themselves. Here is an example:
There are a couple of RGw Werewolf decks that placed here. This would count as 1 tournament.
Competitive REL means PTQ, Grand Prix or other tournament run with a stricter rules enforcement. We include MTGO because most block constructed is played on MTGO. I am glad to hear your local store is running tournaments though.

Wizards Play Network Infraction Procedure Guide Regular Regular events are focused on fun and social aspects, not enforcement. Most tournaments are run at this level unless they offer sizeable prizes or invitations. Players are expected to know most of the game rules, may have heard of policy and what is "really bad", but generally play in a fashion similar to the way he or she does at home. Players are still responsible for following the rules, but the focus is on education and sportsmanship over technically precise play. Though much of the philosophy still applies, Regular REL events are not the focus of this guide, and the Judging at Regular REL document should be used instead. Competitive Competitive events are usually those with significant cash prizes or invitations awarded to Professional events. Players are expected to know the game’s rules—but not to a technically detailed level—and be familiar with the policies and procedures, but unintentional errors are not punished severely. These are events that protect the interests of all players by providing event integrity while also recognizing that not all players are intimately familiar with Professional-level event structure, proper procedures, and rules. Professional Professional level events offer large cash awards, prestige, and other benefits that draw players from great distances. These events hold players to a higher standard of behavior and technically correct play than Competitive events.
There are no dumb questions. With both Intangible Virtue and Lingering Souls now banned, feel free to post an updated list of your GB Token strategy in Decks for Critique, or
