You should probably just be running more Lightning Helix vs Timely Reinforcements. From my experience, it's just a better card against both Burn and wide-aggro.
Hide/Seek is definitely a better version of wear/tear.
You shouldn't be running Night Soul's in a deck with Lingering Souls and Dark Confidant. Where would you bring it in? Zealous persecution is powerful but I think for your deck, Damnnation takes priority. You're going to lose a lot more to Eldrazi than something like Affinity/ Infect. Opposing Lingering Souls can be annoying but 1 zealous persecution probably wouldn't solve that problem.
I'm not sure how well positioned Blood Moon is right now. It's 'okay' against some decks(e.g Scapeshift, Eldrazi, Tron, Burn,) Insane against matches we're already pretty good at. But I also know a Blood Moon Jund deck did really well recently so who am I to say?
Also, the Liliana the Last Hope doesn't look too great for this build due to a lack of synergy. I would expect more for 3-mana. Another Liliana of the Veil couldn't hurt. Overall, your list is well-tuned.
Thank you for the reply. I've always personally like timely over lightning helix, but I'll try it out, I might start with a 1-1 split in the SB. As for all the other suggestions, I'll try out hide/seek and I'll definitely have the damnation over zealous and night soul's.
As for blood moon, I am indeed cutting it, and fixing the mana base and SB to adjust for that. Right now I'll run 3x Fulminator mages, but as I'll mention below I might cut the land hate.
I like the Blood Moon plan in theory but at least with your current mana base it's not going to work out, as at the moment you're compromising your ability to cast some of your MD spells due to your increased basic count. You simply can't run Anger with 14 red sources, so you need to either bump those to 17 (which obviously conflicts with the Moon plan) OR you need to drop any double red spells you're running OR you need to drop the Moon plan.
Personally I'm not a fan of Kalitas main (it's great side) and i would not want to run the Nahiri build with less than 25 lands and 4 Nahiris.
I would also question the 3/1 split of Lilis as LoTV just seems a lot better in your deck. Maybe go 4/0 and run 1 new Lili in the board?
And congrats, you have successfully identified mardu's main bad match-ups (sans Merfolk)
For little tweaks that could help with those:
Against Bant Eldrazi access to a 3rd Thoughtseize in the board can help a tiny bit as does replacing 1 of your MD Angers with a Damnation. Try to save your Nahiris for after Smasher comes down because that's your best way of dealing with that card.
Just accept auto-losing to Tron, if it's huge in your meta, play a different deck.
I've been very impressed with Lost Legacy in the board against RG Shift/Breach so you can try running 1-2 in your board.
Merfolk shouldn't be that difficult. Your best card in the MU is Bob, try to land one on 2 and don't trade it unless you absolutely have to. Don't keep slow and clunky hands.
Thanks for the reply! The advice is much appreciated and I'll put it to good use hopefully.
I'm definitely cutting Blood Moon, I've put fulminators in place, but as you said, tron is mostly unwinnable, and so far I haven't won against it, even with BM. I've played Tron for a few years, and crumble to dust we usually prep for, so I don't like that option either. I've seen many lists just forgo any real defense besides Stony Silence which is ok, if you get it really early. Anyway should I just cut the fulminators as well, and get more SB slots? Because the more research I do, something like Lost Legacy or Slaughter games would be better against Shift/Breach Decks, and Damnations are good vs eldrazi. So the fulminators would really only be for Tron.
I've made an updated list, hopefully the land base is better now without Blood Moon, while be ok to support Anger of the Gods. Please take a look!
I have fulminators still in the SB at the moment, but if i were to cut them I would add:
A 2nd Stony Silence (not sure if 2 is necessary?)
A Slaughter Games
Move the 2nd Anger to the SB
and maybe replace the duress with collective brutality (the flexibility seems good, what do ppl think about this?)

Tron is the most unfair match to Mardu. The more that I play against it the more I think that the best plan is not land destruction but remove combo pieces.
Pithing Needle - Against Planeswalkers and Oblivion Stone
Slaughter Games - Remove PWs, Stone.
Lost Legacy - Same as above
Discards + Surgical Extraction - "Easy" combo removal.
Sooo..if you combine all this cards, you could win against Tron.
Sounds good. I like a lot of the suggestions and I've updated the list. I don't have Lost Legacy or Finks at the moment on paper or online. So I'll stick with timely and Slaughter Games for now.

I am very close to you. This is what I am currently testing online. I dropped Confidants because I hated always worrying about flipping emrakul, and I am playing with more 4 drops main and potentially leylines out of the board. What I am debating testing is Chandra, Torch of Defiance as a 2x. She is just a great plan B and C in my mind. Not sure how well she will work out, but consistent damage, card advantage and mana seems super good, and her ultimate ends games fast.
Some other thoughts about the deck. Wall of omens while it does not generate as much card advantage as bob, but it slows down aggressive decks on the ground really well, and allows for durdling to occur while walkers take over the game. I am also playing 2 Kalitas main. I had one main for a while, and I always wanted to see another. He is just stupid good with all the removal we have.
The decks I fear are affinity, tron (3 stony), ad nausem, scapeshift decks (3 leyline) and I am unsure about Eldrazi, I have yet to face them, but Elspeth and wrath are partly there for them.

I've tested Chandra online and as expected, she was not impressive. When you're behind, the card is really bad as she is just an expensive removal. When you're ahead, she does not generate enough value for you to feel like you're unbeatable. Nahiri is just the better card and I don't care too much for that card either. Still, if you have the money feel free to test her. She's going down in price because Standard is not good for her.
I think you should be running at least 2 Lightning Helix (in main). Hard removals are good but considering 6 hand disruption + 4 Liliana, you could do with less. Also, thoughtseize + confidant.
I am not playing confidant. Which is another reason why I have a single helix in the board. In fact I am planning on running 2-3 Kambal in my board. Against the burn match he is gold and if you can stick him versus control then you are in a decent spot.
My version has plenty of life gain. 3 vents, 2 Kalitas and kambal in the board.

Your list looks really solid to me now, good luck at your next events and of course adapt it according to your experiences with the deck and your meta!
Thanks! Do you have any general Sideboarding advice vs some of the bigger decks like Jund, Abzan, and CoCo decks? I know there not necessarily bad matchups, feel like I'm not Siding correctly yet though.
Also thoughts on replacing Terminate with Slaughter Pact?

Why not Soulfire instead of Kambal?
Soulfire Grand Master is an ok card when mixed with a lot of burn. But by herself, she is a 2/2 lifelink for 2cmc. Kambal, Consul of Allocation is a 2/3 for 3, which is slightly below curve, but he is essentially a free tendrils. The 3 toughness is relevant, while it does fail the bolt test, it favorably blocks, Bob, Snapcaster, Goblin guide, voice, etc. I think the biggest thing with Kambal, is if it sticks, even if you use removal on it, a 4 life swing occurs.
Also, Kambal is a hard stop against storm. That all being said, he seems really good on paper, but I have no idea how he will play out in actual games.

Wasteland stranger can put the card back exiled with tidehollow sculler, which means they don't get the card back after sculler dies. Path, anguished unmaking, and Nahiri can also exile cards for strangler.
Helix, vents, and vault make up for life loss due to the manabase and anguished unmaking/thoughtseize
Resto angel can blink any of the other creature for 341 effects.
Souls and Emrakul can be discarded to lily and Nahiri.
My goal with this deck was to make a deck where the cards are good on their own and also have good synergy. The hope is to answer everything and win with Nahiri or creatures/burn.

You generally get into top deck wars with Jund so I'd take out the 1 drop discard and replace it with solid top decks like Elspeth and Kalitas.
I don't like slaughter pact right now with Death's shadow, dark confidant, Kalitas, Olivia voldaren, siege rhino, Tasigur, viscera seer, dredge creatures, shambling vents, and other black creatures running around in modern.

Interesting list. More disruptive than most of what is being played. I love the resto angel. I am not crazy about strangler, but if it works it works. Exiling with Nahiri is not typically what happens when you play her. Personally I you need some board wipes. Even though you are running souls, against elves, fish or tokens, you are going to find yourself behind.
Also, love the hide // seek. Seek is just nasty in the mirror and against the other Nahiri decks (kiki evolution and American control).

I think you right about the storm. But storm will try to kill Kambal as his last spell which goes to the stack last, resolves first, kills Kambal, then resolves normally.
And with 4 bolts, 2 Helix you will eventually hit the lifelink Soulfire ability. At turn 5/6 you may even recycle your bolts and paths.
Unfortunately, Soulfire doesnt stick that long and is too "passive" to give a real advantage.
Wasteland stranger can put the card back exiled with tidehollow sculler, which means they don't get the card back after sculler dies. Path, anguished unmaking, and Nahiri can also exile cards for strangler.

I think you've accomplished your goal, but made one, big, glaring error... You have 70 cards mainboard! That dramatically increased variance in your games. Your 4-of's will feel more like 3-of's (3.4) in a deck like this. You might want to choose between the combo or midrange threats, then cut 10 cards out of the deck.
Storm has to kill Kambal with their first spell. If they cast 10 spells to achieve a decent storm count, they take 20 damage and you get 20 life. It mathematically screws them on offense and defense.
Also, storm just makes copies (same with pyro ascension), it doesn't cast spells, so that doesn't trigger kambal. The copies also don't increase the storm count.

Just put together a Nahiri list last night, and holy hell is this deck fun, and powerful! I've been documenting my playtesting along the way and it has been performing great so far.
Look at the card. Now back to Jace. Now back to that card, now back to Jace! Sadly, it isn't Jace, but if it stopped being a junk rare and became relevant, it could act like it's Jace. Crack some Worldwake. What do you have? You have a Jace, the card you wish this card could be like. Look again. THE CARD IS NOW A $75 BILL. Anything possible when you play Magic with Jace and not junk rares. This is probably spam.
I am with you on wall of omens. I would recommend trying out a Kalitas. He is great with bolt, and lily. But good looking list. Has it been playing well for you?

Thanks for tip. I hate to keep asking questions, but any general advice on how to play and side against Dredge and Infect. I could never really deal with infect when I played Tron, and I have been out of the game for a little while and now Dredge is a thing, and besides siding in RIP, Anger of the Gods, and Kalitas and trying to get RIP in my opener I'm not too sure what to do. The deck along with infect are crazy fast.

Against Infect, your ideal hand is removal and Bob/Souls, more removal and discard is nice too. General infect stuff: kill your opponents threats on their mainphase or on their end of turn, only act during combat if you would die otherwise or you'll get blown out by pump/protection. If they T1 Hierarch and you have a Bolt, use it! Generally the match-up is pretty damn good for you as Mardu.
Against Dredge you have to keep any good 7, try to slow them down and hopefully draw RiP + Sweeper or just an Anger soon. There's no point trying to mull for RiP with 2 copies in your deck.
That helps out a bunch! Thanks again, seriously appreciated. I'm also gonna go back and read some of the older pages on the thread when I have more time.
Question are you bringing in the collective brutality for the -2/-2 option? Also what do you think about it in comparison to lightning helix, after playing about 30 games or so its one of the few cards I'm not overly impressed with in the deck, although i know it does good work in burn.

My version has plenty of life gain. 3 vents, 2 Kalitas and kambal in the board.
Why not Soulfire instead of Kambal?
Thanks! Do you have any general Sideboarding advice vs some of the bigger decks like Jund, Abzan, and CoCo decks? I know there not necessarily bad matchups, feel like I'm not Siding correctly yet though.
Also thoughts on replacing Terminate with Slaughter Pact?
4 inquisition of kozilek
2 thoughtseize
4 lightning bolt
2 lightning helix
4 path to exile
2 anguished unmaking
4 lingering souls
4 Liliana of the veil
4 Nahiri, the harbinger
Creatures 16
4 wall of omens
4 tidehollow sculler
4 wasteland strangler
3 Restoration angel
1 Emrakul, the Aeons torn
4 blackcleave cliffs
4 marsh flats
2 bloodstained mire
2 arid Mesa
2 swamp
1 plains
1 mountain
2 vault of the archangel
3 shambling vents
3 stony silence
3 leyline of the void
2 hide // seek
2 kitchen finks
1 blood baron
2 fulminator Mage
2 zealous persecution

Also, storm just makes copies (same with pyro ascension), it doesn't cast spells, so that doesn't trigger kambal. The copies also don't increase the storm count.

Here's my current list. I prefer wall of omens over bob as it's guaranteed to at least replace itself and doesn't threaten to kill me out of nowhere.

That helps out a bunch! Thanks again, seriously appreciated. I'm also gonna go back and read some of the older pages on the thread when I have more time.
