For those interested in the blasting station combo there is a new combo with Kaladesh. Saheeli Rai goes infinite with Sun Titan if you have two Saheeli Rai either on the battlefield or in the graveyard. It would mean splashing for Sacred Foundry, but it seems like a better choice than Blasting Station. Not that I'm a huge fan of either one though really.
The Blasting Station combo is definitely superior to the Saheeli Rai combo. However, there is one 3-color version that was shown to be reasonably effective a while back: Gifts Ungiven with Unburial Rites. While I don't think it was as consistent, it was very powerful and could be reasonably fast too.
Mortarpod is still perfectly viable, and should be considered in metas with lots of Infect and Affinity.
Perilous Research has the problem of usually only being good later and not having strong early utility. That said, it is an Instant, which allows you to block-sac. But it can't be recurred with Titan, and the ONLY thing it really does is put things in your GY.
To be honest, I don't use any of these cards. I figure that if I've hit the point that I'm desperately wanting another way to kill my own creatures to recur their triggers, I'm probably so far ahead that I'm going to win anyway.
What do you think about the possibility of using Drift of Phantasms on the list? it can be used as a good tutor, search Blasting Station , Detention Sphere , Fiend Hunter and in my case Lunar Force and Rule of Law
It's not awful, but it's kind of weak: at 3 mana, it has no offensive use, card advantage/selection, and can't kill attackers. More importantly, it requires double-U to tutor, which is often not reliable until turn 4-5, which will often make the search choice too slow.
It might be playable in some builds, but I wouldn't even try it.

The ability to bin it and search is pretty nice on the surface, but it has no comes-into-play ability, and will do close to nothing when recurred with a Titan in the late game. You may need it for defense early, but you loose the tutor ability, if you ever cast it. It would have to be a VERY combo-centric build for this to make sense, and even then I doubt it.
True but it is kinda meh to recur it use maba to bounce to transmute it to recur Them both etc. And it doesn't really Find anything important not for 6+ mana anyway. Besides what would you Cut for it?
So now kaladesh is completely spoiled, it's safe to say the only card that should be considered to be played is a sideboardcard: Ceremonious Rejection. The rest of the already mentioned (and not mentioned) cards just aren't strong enough for the deck or lack interaction(energy, artifacts).
Modern: Merfolk UU // Green Devotion GG // SkRed Red RR
Legacy: Death & Taxes WW // Burn RR // Death's Shadow Delver UB
Commander: Brago UW // Karlov WB

There's a few cards I would say should at least be considered even if they end up not strong enough. Aerial Responder, Authority of the Consuls, Cataclysmic Gearhulk, Consulate Surveillance (For scapeshift), Fumigate, Torrential Gearhulk,Panharmonicon Filigree Familiar are all cards that should at least be considered for the deck in a serious fashion.
With the exception of Cataclysmic Gearhulk I don't think they will be a good fit for the deck, but they are strong.
