So, i have been testing out bant eldrazi the past couple days and have felt underwhelmed by it. I feel like the blue eldrazi aren't that great and are suboptimal. I feel EE is too slow, and don't like it scooping G1 to Infect/Affinity. I'm sure I'm not alone here, and while drowned if hope is amazinf, it's been almost always win-more for me. With that in mind I came up with a Naya list.

I think bant eldrazi is too slow right now in some way, maybe its worked well to some tier 1 deck before, but its having lot of problem to deal with some fast deck and we have very limited solution to deal with fast burn. I can also foresee we are hard to deal with some deck maybe just like lifegain and dead touch. If our creature die fast enough or got stop and we can't really react..
Bant is far better than what you're proposing. Noble is better than birds, Goyf sucks in this shell, Skyspawner is situationally better than Reshaper. 16 colored spells is also too much with stirrings.
We don't scoop to infect or affinity G1 with skyspawner. All you need is an active displacer until you can land a drowner and then you win.
I don't think fatal push is awkward for us. Without revolt it can only kill noble hierarch and with it miss smasher and drowner that are gamebreaker vs black based decks (bgx and grixis).
Chalice of the Void - but only bring it in if they are playing enough other 1 cmc spells or other juicy targets for Chalice..Often you will side out your Paths as the decks playing it will have few creatures..
Similarly Chalice is great against all the 'fast' decks that people seem to be talking about in the last few days on here - it's truly a powerhouse of a card - so much better in this shell as we can find it off Ancient Stirrings pretty reliably..

I'm still working on the mana base, 22 lands 1 talisman or 23 lands. Seems better in my short testing though.
I absolutely have to disagree - the U eldrazi are great - Eldrazi Skyspawner is incredibly undervalued - I play 4x (No reshaper) - its effectively more dork power for Smasher and Drowner and/or presents chumping fodder against faster decks that gives you time to stabilise - great against flyers from Affinity and Infect.
Drowner of Hope really is an incredible card - IMO it's one of the key cards to beating BGx decks and with displacer gives you a combo in stalled board states - I will play 4x of as long as BGx retains such a huge meta percentage..
Tarmo has been tried and failed in this shell - it doesnt grow all that large (you really rely on your opponent to grow it) and generally we dont want 2 drops anyway as we skip this part of the curve quite often..also poor interaction with EE (EE is X=2 the majority of the time). Bolt wouldn't be terrible but i'd prefer path..we only have so many slots for interaction and I'd prefer to mainboard a dismember and some EE's to round out my interaction over bolts - as these are the answers we need to overcome the flaws with this deck.. Also World breaker is generally just meh - its way too slow - play it in Tron..

Agreed, actually I think Fatal Push will really help as it will hurt many of the ultra fast decks and slow down the format a touch.
Because all our eldrazi need W or U mana only. We use G essentially only for dorks and stirrings. If oppo drops a Blood Moon we want to be able to cast eldrazi instead of some boltable dork.
Guys! I have a big tourney in the next weeks. I'm tuning my list to beat: Affinity,Burn and BG/X from the MB. Then the SB aimed at: RG Valakut,Ad Nauseam and Dredge. The other cards like Explosives and Alliance are catch-alls that i don't really want to take out, especially EE.
Guys! I have a big tourney in the next weeks. I'm tuning my list to beat: Affinity,Burn and BG/X from the MB. - Remove 1-2 Matter Reshaper and add in the 2nd/3rd EE.
Then the SB aimed at: RG Valakut,Ad Nauseam and Dredge. The other cards like Explosives and Alliance are catch-alls that i don't really want to take out, especially EE. -Add in a worship but there's really nothing much we can do about ad nauseam/valakut. Dredge is 50/50. RIP will solve a lot of probs for you.
Worship is good against Affinity, Burn and ok against Dredge - maybe consider that card.
You will really struggle against Ad Nauseum without Chalice (which is also good against Burn and Affinity on the play).
Against Dredge I prefer a split of Surgicals and RIP - they always have Nature's Claim or Decay - so its good to have some surgicals IMO.
For the Valakut matchup - Worship is fairly meh but might be better then other cards in your 60. Bring in the counters and hope to land Drowner of Hope to stop additional Titan triggers (or ideally counter Titan).
Valakut is a bad matchup - only one worse I can think of RG Land Destruction and dedicated MD Blood Moon decks with a clock..
Sam: I can get behind playing 2nd and 3rd EE. Don't you think maybe playing 1 Talisman of Progress instead of 3rd EE?. Also, how much playing 2 Reshapers affect my Burn and BGx matchups?.
Sam: I can get behind playing 2nd and 3rd EE. Don't you think maybe playing 1 Talisman of Progress instead of 3rd EE?. -I guess u could, since EE is usually on 1 for Burn/Infect.
Also, how much playing 2 Reshapers affect my Burn and BGx matchups?. - Reshaper is good for the replacement effect it gives. Skyspawner helps against flyers and gives us a 2 for 1 with the scion. I personally play a 3/2 split favouring Reshaper.

I wonder if Metallic Mimic can slot into this deck to fill the 2-drop slot.

I prefer the Instant speed surprise rather than having it on board.
Or just play both.
